The experience was the WORST! The food was seasoned to kill...this could be so dangerous for a diabetic or anyone monitoring their salt intake. I ordered a well done steak but in return received a raw inside.... disappointed. The most troubling thing was the food was open and tampered with. When I called in the manager tried to act as if that protocol or something they usually do...my sauce container was completely empty and the top lid was pre used as if someone grabbed a lid from an old order and just placed it in the bag. I was so MORTIFIED I trashed the complete order and I'm disgusted and gravely disappointed. I considered this place a home choice fave but now I just consider it the same. I love Outback just would NOT recommend this location.
ive eaten at outback many times and this time was awesome like the rest.the price is pretty reasonable and you get yummy free bread and butter as well.i left feeling so stuffed,couldnt even get dessert..nice staff too.

Kudos to management. They are the best about customer satisfaction and good service. I did order for the third-party vendor.The order was never picked up.I came out to pick up my own order. Management was nice about wanting to refresh my order. I thank them for the offer, but being cold was still better than cold pizza. Thanks again for Outback Management careing.

My steak was sort of tough for a ribeye but other than that, it was great. Lobster was real good but you never get a big enough lobster, right?The wait staff was really good and the service was excellent. We sat in the bar and the atmosphere was lively and fun.

Horrible experience!! We tried going to Texas Roadhouse and Saltgrass but both were packed and had an hour wait. We ended up dining this place and it was empty (should of been a sign) there was no wait, but our food took like an hour and we were all missing food. One couldn’t eat for 30 more minutes bc the waiter “forgot” to put our order in. Nobody checked on us, the guy waiter was just at the bar talking to another guy, looked at us and just turned around to the guy. The table next to us had a different waiter and he seemed to be doing a great job! Not OURS!!!Additionally, our food was cold when received. Two of us were missing sides. We waited about 35 minutes for drinks we ordered (no joke). The worst thing was probably being unattended for about an hour and the waiter just chilling at the bar talking.Next time we will wait than go here for convenience. No wonder it was empty!!!! Lol
