We booked P&D for a birthday party - from the start, they were very responsive and offered many options for hot appetizer spreads. At the party, their team set everything up and made the table look beautiful with greenery, votives, platters and labels. The food was fresh, bright, and everyone loved it! Highlights were the stuffed mushrooms, pesto bites and Italian meatballs. We ordered for 30 and still had leftovers at the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Pam and Danny are absolutely amazing! The interactive cooking classes we had with them (in a private home) were the best the 8 of us had ever experienced. They were very well-prepared, bringing all the finest ingredients for an appetizer feast and fantastic Italian meatballs, pasta carbonara, caprese salad, tiramisu. They were fun, knowledgeable, very skilled and we all learned new tips and tricks for food prep and cooking. They had entertaining stories, history of the dishes and printed recipes for us to keep and joined us for the meals and cleaned up for us. I/we cannot speak more highly of this pair, try them, you will not be disappointed!

I’d give P&D Catering 6 stars if possible. We wanted to find a professional team of chefs that would come to our home to provide a cooking demo/class for our group of eight. Research led us to P&D, and after we learned their story and talked with them, we decided to bring them into our home, and it was a great decision. Everyone in our group was already an experienced home cook, though certainly not a pro chef; and Danny and Pam were adept at adapting to their audience. We had them come in twice over two days, and the menus they suggested (one day appetizers, the next day an Italian dinner) were perfect for our group. They furnished all the food (from our favorite high-end store, Central Market); they brought aprons and tools for us to use during the interactive segments; and they cleaned up during and after the demo/class.
Best of all was the quality of the instruction. Danny “read” his audience and was able to teach in a way that acknowledged our level of knowledge and never talked down to us. He has a great sense of humor and brought it to bear in all of his interactions with us. At the end of the first day we felt like we were all family, and by the end of the second day, we were certain of it.
Oh, and I didn’t cover the food! Two kinds of meatballs, marinara sauce, deviled eggs, pico de gallo, baked Brie, spinach and artichoke dip, salmon cakes, guacamole…then caprese salad, pasta carbonara, and tiramisu. All were prepared by us under the watchful eyes of Danny and Pam, who would jump in to coach us and teach us tricks of the trade. Even though all of us were already accomplished cooks, each one of us learned new techniques that we will use from now on. Examples include the best way to slice a tomato; how to cut an onion without tears flowing; how to cut garlic leaving out the bitter heart; and even the easiest way to cut meat.
All in all, the experience was enlightening, entertaining, and just plain delicious. Based on our time with Danny and Pam, we look forward to other opportunities with them!
