We had food delivered today. Normally I would say I love PF Changs, however this order was very sub par. I'm not sure what they have done to the lettuce wrap recipe, but it truly sucks.
The rice in my shrimp bowl was very very dry.
I know cuts have got to have been made in order to lose the good value of your food.

Server Alayna was awesome! John was not friendly at all.The portion of the food was very small.I also think John should get a hair cut being in resturant evironment.The Gm has no clue was customer service is about and needs to be trained.

They failed to hit the mark on this visit. I went for lunch on Sunday, March 2nd. The crunchy honey chicken was definitely not crunchy. It was soggy and the salad tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for days. Just not fresh.

The food, I really disappointed about the food, if it says Chinese food, I would expect it like Chinese food, but it is not. The beef are precooked, it is dry and all the dishes only has one favor, that is. Tofu is not like Tofu, people come to the place because people love Chinese food, but this place the food are cheap made, and not Chinese food at all. I would never come to this kind restaurant again. Go to real Chinese restaurant in China town if you want real Chinese foods. Not this fake one.

I was really disappointed. I’m used to getting the spicy wasabi coleslaw when I ordered the ribs and they told me today when I picked it up on Curb Service that it is no longer comes with the ribs. That all I got 2 tablespoons of what ever that was .

Unfortunately I went to PF Chang's last week and I found out a different taste in our family favorite plates. We ask out waiter and realize that the owners change and the restaurant change their standards and related. What was an amazing food now becomes average. I can not recommended it anymore

First off, the server took 10 minutes to come to our table. By that time I was ready to completely order. The hot and sour soup was lukewarm. Not hot at all and really thick. Soup should be brothy. Then the server forgot part of my order. I asked for a Shirley temple for my daughter and there were no cherries. I do not recommend this location. Go next door to Umi.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Went to the galleria location and was rather satisfied went to the one on Westheimer today and I’m not surprised that no one was in there. The lo mein is so dry and tasteless almost taste freezer burnt or something. Veggie wrap lettuce wrap was pathetic…they even gave me salad dressing for the wraps and not the original sauce it comes with and most of it was tofu and my husband hates tofu so didn’t even eat it. Tofu is not fresh no way it is super dried out stuck together and everything. So disappointing for the price of what I paid I would expect much better quality of food. The only thing I would give 4 stars too is the people that greeted me on the way in to get my to go order. I won’t be returning…

Worst Experience at PF Chang's last week. Spring rolls were half-frozen and Lo Mein tasted like wood. 😛
We were there on a Thursday evening from 5:30-7:30 and there were a total of 4 other customers besides our table of 4 and we STILL couldn't get decent service. Will never go back to this location. Worst meal I've had in a very long time.

This is the worst P.F. Chang’s I’ve ever been to. They had three tables yet no service for forever and slower than slow. The waiter couldn’t remember simple instructions and please keep in mind there was only three tables. The food runner not only dropped my rice on the table , he spilled all the sauces on the plate then proceeded to not even say sorry or ask if a replacement was needed. The manager was like oh well shift changes are why it’s a mess WE HAD THE SAME WAITER AND SAW THE SAME STAFF THE WHOLE TIME! Then after waiting forever for the check we had to go to the hostess so we could pay and her useless self was like we were busy before you all came so it is what it is . This is the first time ever I have not given a 20% tip and left 1.00 . Will never be back.
