Chang's Kitchen near the Galleria is a total standout, delivering on every front: incredible food, lightning-fast service, and a beautiful space that makes any meal feel special. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was a breath of fresh air. The dining room is chic, modern, and has a genuinely cool space—perfect for a date night or a fun evening out with friends. Despite how busy they were, the service was phenomenal. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. The pace of the meal was perfect; our drinks and appetizers arrived with great, fast service, ensuring we never felt rushed but also never waited long. Now, for the food. Everything was unbelievably fresh and delicious. The quality of the ingredients truly shines through, making every dish feel vibrant and fun. For me, as a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the options available. I ordered the Wok-Seared Vegetable Tofu—the sauce was savory and light, and the vegetables were perfectly crisp-tender. It was one of the greatest vegetarian options I've found in Houston. My wife ordered a classic chicken dish, and she raved about it. The chicken was tender, the batter was crisp, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The chicken options here are clearly a highlight. One of the biggest pleasant surprises was the value. Considering the prime location and the superior quality, the menu is priced well. Not only that, but the portions of food are huge! We easily had enough left over for lunch the next day, making the value proposition even better. Chang's Kitchen has easily become our new favorite spot. If you are looking for an upscale, delicious, and satisfying meal in the Galleria area, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended!

Gave me the wrong order and laughed at me delivering and not knowing where to go to an unlabled pick up counter. . Then HANDED ME THE WRONG ORDER directly after confirming name. Better directions from the restaurant and staff that doesnt jeopardize the experience for the customer. They suffer in the end. Keep laughing at your minimum wage job working hours sir.

We visited to try the holiday menu, and while the atmosphere was nice, the service was disappointing. I ordered the holiday noodles, but they were much too sweet. Our dish was barely touched when we politely asked if it was possible to exchange it for something else. The server looked genuinely shocked that we even asked, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We ended up deciding to just request the check.
Additionally, asking a customer why they’re taking leftover food home is inappropriate. I was boxing up the noodles to give to someone in need, and the comment felt unnecessary and rude.

This place was Amazing. Food and service were excellent. Restaurant was super clean. Loved the beautiful dishes too! Special shout out to the very nice hostess that was working last Sunday 11.9.25 in the evening. I didn't get her name but she was the only person who has ever acknowledged a dietary request I have in my Open Table notes. Thank you. She deserves a raise!!

Hi ! I just left here with my family . My rating is only on the higher end because Travis absolutely saved the day. Me and my husband were popping in with our 2 year old randomly and after playing musical chairs with the night shift host we were ready to go. We waited a while to be served which really turned us off but Travis FIXED EVERYTHING . This location wouldn’t survive without him. Thanks Travis ! We’ll be back to dine with you again.
