The food is good. The service is not. Whenever I come to this restaurant, this Asian guy always has a passive-aggressive attitude and is very unpleasant towards me and my husband. When I request extra condiments because it's not enough, this guy has a problem. If I'm paying my money, I EXPECT to get what I ask for. Otherwise, they will miss out on a good customer.

Portions are big but that’s about it. Tso’s sauce is basically a runny colored syrup, no flavor. Fried rice doesn’t taste like anything, it has no veggies no eggs no nothing in it. Just go to Rice Box 🙏🏻 And I think bald dude hates his life. He’s super angry all the time.

I’m here for one night stopping through and tried this place because on the website the food looked good! BUT If I could give no stars that’s what I would give! I’m so mad I just wasted over $40 on this food, it was flavorless, the sauce for my tso chicken was RUNNY, they put no sauce in the bag for the eggrolls which was also gross and the fried rice tasted like nothing smh. Would not recommend 0/10. Don’t waste your time!!!

I ordered a dish that I regularly get at the Westheimer location, where they don’t add jalapeño. Here, they added a lot of jalapeño. When I asked why they added jalapeño, they said, “Don’t worry, we’ll cook it again for you.” But what they did was wash the same meat with water and put BBQ sauce on it. They think people are stupid. What they did was very wrong.

As soon as I walked in there was a full sized roach crawling on the floor. I informed the staff and they just said they sprayed for roaches and they come out more. They didn't bother to go kill it or get it out the restaurant. It was uncomfortable for me and I left.

EVERYTHING IS SO HOT AND FRESH!! I tried veggie egg rolls,beef fried rice, and Mongolian beef sandwich. Feels like ingredients are fresh and the food temperature was PERFECT. I always start eating and forget pics. 😞 sorry

I ordered online at 11am, arrived at the restaurant to pick up at 11:12. Was the first customer there, no employee working in the dining room - he arrived at 11:22 and told me they didn't have my order. I showed him my confirmation, but it didn't matter. All of the customers who showed up after me got their food, then when I got angry, my order showed up and was packaged. This was my first visit here, I was excited to try a new place but while I waited 30 minutes for my online to-go order to be prepared, I noticed that there was cooked chicken on the floor under the table and that the buss bins weren't emptied of dirty plates from the night before - this all had sat in the restaurant overnight. Yikes. The food was ok but the cleanliness and service was not.
everything was fantastic. except the egg rolls. they tasted like i liked cardboard. every thing else was amazing. the dumplings and crab ragoon were spot on

After spending 57.16 with of course Door Dash fees, what does the restaurant expect us to do, eat with our hands. They didn’t even put napkins or even a chop stick in the bag. Called the restaurant back and the person on the phone attempted to play like it was the wrong restaurant and had me call two other locations. A simple request was to deliver the silverware. Not even an apology or anything! After being bounced around and being placed on hold, the phone hung up. Terrible service. Even though for some it may not be a big deal but it really is because bad customer service will close your business. Take a hint people! PART 2 We got some forks from next door to eat. My order orange chicken in fact was awful. The pieces of chicken were huge. Who wants to eat chicken that is supposed to be cut up in small pieces that are gigantic. In a previous picture it showed several broccoli around the orange chicken. My entree tasted more like Carmel and not orange. The lo mein noodles were extremely dry. The egg rolls and crab putt were good. This experience has been terrible all the way around. I was so hungry too!
