The rudest people ever. The African american young lady is rude. They refuse people to use the restroom saying it's closed but they have a sit-down eating area. That's illegal.......I called to address her and she hung up in my face. Stay away from that place.... not the first time she was rude.

This place is ridiculous attempting to give 5$ in nickels as change. Not worth your business. Very rude. And has the audacity to pay someone in nickels like they beg on the side of the road

I had chicken. I ate about a third of what I ordered, thinking maybe the chicken was just overcooked; it was tough and not moist. It was just bad, made me sick about half an hour after I ate it. The fried rice was tasteless.

Okay I don't usually leave reviews but I really wasn't happy with my order.I ordered a pick up order last night of an orange chicken plate with Lo-Mein & an order of Crab puffs came out to $30.89. Paid for pickupUpon arrival I said order #66 cashier replies "$30.89" I responded I've already paid so she asked my order again to look it up and verified I've paid ..made me feel like I was initially ignored. The orange chicken had no flavor yes the chicken pieces were big but there was no flavor it had a tiny of sweetness but not so much the orange chicken flavor, the Lo-Mein had no flavor it was just oily noodles.Crab puffs were fine just pricey at $7.50 for 6.If I could give half a star I would cause there was no flavor on the Main entree.I don't recommend & I don't plan on returning

The food was exquisite and fresh, with a delightful presentation that enhanced the dining experience. I had difficulty choosing what to order from the extensive menu, I was recommended the Shaking Beef, which proved to be an excellent choice - not too salty like some other establishments tend to serve. The Pork Belly buns were also delightful and exquisite. Fresh.

Most of the time food has been okay, but it’s really gone down hill in the last month. They have such a huge menu, so we haven’t tried everything.Vietnamese iced coffee was good. Bahn Mi’s were good. The Chinese food was okay, but in the last couple times whoever made the food seems confused about ingredients. In a few occasions when we ordered kung pao we end up with something else lolToday kung pao had no peanuts, instead it had celery and diced water chestnuts??? I’m not even sure what it was.But that’s not the reason for the bad review. The combos come with soup (with fried crunchy strips) and egg rolls or wontons… the fried food tasted FISHY. it wasn’t like it was fries with fish more like fried in fish guts. ? could not get that taste out of my mouth. One bite ???
I ordered some food on DoorDash. Green beans and sautéed vegetables. The full charge was $59.79. The food was disgusting. Just last October, the food was delicious. Now, I would no longer be using this franchise for Chinese food. I ordered on Doordash@11:45am on 3/5/24.Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options.

The sauces were bland. The prices of chicken were cut way too large which made them dried out. The fried rice didn’t even have any egg or scallions. This has got to be the blandest Chinese food I’ve ever eaten.
