We usually travel from downtown to here Katy to eat at this restaurant, past experiences have been good but not excellent, today we wanted to order the combo of 2 hot dogs + 2 sodas and a salchipapa for $13 usd but the drink machine was damaged, so the girl tells us that it can't be done with drinks. We ordered two Colombians and ended up paying more than what the promotion says and through no fault of our own that the machine was damaged. In cases like this they should have alternatives and better customer service.

Food is good, service is horrible. My family of 4 got charged a large party tip automatically. She didn't even deserve it. Instead coming around she was playing with her co-worker's kid. We waited on her a long time and it was not busy.

I went with my wife to eat, but we were disappointed with the food at this place, we left all the food, it had no flavor, and it was poorly seasoned, the service was very basic, I will never return to this place.

We ordered the whole chicken which includes 3 sides and 2 drinks. Server brought canned drinks. I asked nicely to trade the cans first fountain drinks and she rudely yelled "No!" and shook her finger at me. She never brought plates to eat off of. Then when the check comes we have the canned drinks added to the bill which comes out to $7 extra which is supposed to be included. Then we try to ask them to take the charge off and they want to argue. There was no manager present. The waitress was awful and rude with a pretty miserable type personality. Avoid this place unless you enjoy rude servers and charges added to your check. This place owes me $7 as far as I'm concerned!

Good food, a nice, pleasant place, although I didn't like that a manager asked her to sell me some coconut sweets that had a price of $2.5, Melos wanted to charge $8.75, it was an abuse and I didn't I bought them....

Love this place. I was riding last ony bike and looking for some place to eat after 10pm. The door to the kitchen was open and I smelled the food cooking. I immediately made a turn and ordered some food. Waitress was very friend and pretty cute. Not a huge crowd but decent for a weekday . Quite a few people stopped by and grabbed orders to go. Prices were good. I had ordered mine to go but decided to munch a little before left. Ended up eating the whole sandwich and the fries. Will definitely go back.Parking: They have it

I was expecting food quality and good service…What happened with the Colombian flavor???What happened with the passion and love for your job: FOOD!…to the owners…Please make yourself feel the love and desire to move a business forward.It's not cooking for the sake of cooking!What happened to the quality of the food?… which is truly MADE in HOUSTON by people from “MEDELLÍN”. (not even from Medellín ?)❌❌❌❌I don't recommend the place!❌❌❌❌❌The day they improve quality, customer service and prices that are fair, maybe that day they will have lines of people waiting to try something delicious and unique!
