The attention, the food and the service were very good but I think it is a very bad idea that all the large tables have a reserved sign, thus preventing families like us, who were 4 of us, from being able to sit at a large table and on the contrary take a small table for all the dishes that were ordered, I would recommend that the table reservation sign be on some and not all the tables.

Terrible service and lack of customer service. SUPER rude, it seems like you owe them something. We have been customers here for years and we have never had such an unpleasant experience. I don't know if they changed the management but it is terrible, they are going downhill, we will never return. The star is because it is requested to leave the review but for me ZERO stars

Good food, but unfortunately the waiters and manager lack experience. Where will they improve that... they would easily earn 5 stars

Good bandeja paisa. Empanadas and patacon burger are also very good. Their frozen arepas to-go are some of the best in town.

We came on a Sunday. Got seated right away. Restaurant was clean. Because we came late in the afternoon they only had 1 pan de bono but it was pretty good. We ordered their empanadas which were also good. I liked the green sauce, the red sauce tasted like fry sauce to me, ketchup with mayo. The Madura conqueso was hit and miss each piece. Some weren't quite ripe yet and some were good. The arepitas con queso tasted like they made the arepa early in the morning. The tasted stale and hard. But what bothered me most was the server. Fernanda. Either it was the end of her shift or she's been in the service industry too long. When we asked for silverware she looked at us as if we were completely putting her out. And when we asked for the check she even sent someone else to give us our check. It was not a language barrier because my husband was communicating with her in Spanish. Not a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I didn't like it at all, there were no beers or cocktails, no alcoholic drinks even though they were on the menu, the white rice was old, it was from at least 3 days ago, you could feel it in the flavor, color, and texture of the steak. The beef on the “anchor” dish was fatter (skin, fat) than meat, and some parts were not well cooked, we ordered 2 lemonades and they brought it after the starters, I asked for a mango juice in milk and when I was asking for the bill it was that They brought it, the service was terrible ?, we told the waitress about the steak and her response was that they came chopped like that... in short, I don't recommend it at all, however I have eaten at Westheimer and they are not at all similar, not even that similar. not even the taste.

I went with my husband on Friday morning for breakfast. The attention of the three waitresses who were there was TERRIBLE, they were more concerned about putting on their lipstick and making sure their hat fit well. I had to go to the bar to order another soda.

It's my first time in the restaurant. I thought the food was good. However, in terms of attention it was not good. I think that the Manager should be present at the restaurant when it opens because there was a misunderstanding due to lack of information from the people who serve the customer. When we tried to resolve the situation, the lady responded that nothing could be done because the Manager was not there and had left the box open for her. He could not modify this order.

This morning I was prompted to come and enjoy a Colombian breakfast, but it is illogical that I order a coffee, and then I order the breakfast combo and the waitress tells me that she charges me separately for the coffee I ordered, and I must drink the cup of coffee that comes in the combo. Mathematical logic, cancel the coffee order and it is included in the combo. But the excuse is that there was no manager. There should be a manager since the store opens. So breakfast costs me $12.99+3.5(coffee)+taxes+tip. Better service and management they should have.

The manager should start working from the moment the restaurant opens. We ordered three coffees and the breakfast we decided to order had coffee included, we requested that the coffee we had ordered be the same as the one on the menu. The person who helped us told us that it was not possible because those coffees were already included in the bill and he could not eliminate them because the manager was not there to do it, it turns out that we had to pay double the coffee because there was no manager. What a bad experience.
