Chef Diana although we had been confirming during the past 6 days the event, menu, details, setup she was going to provide, etc (inclusive of yesterday at 6:00 PM where she was 100% confirmed)… today she cancelled on us leaving us with very little time to react and find provider for our event. DO NOT COUNT on this provider. She may cancel last minute on you. TERRIBLE

Palate Cuisine was outstanding. Diana, Chris and their whole team get an A+. I booked them for a Christmas party and the service and food were outstanding. My guests were very happy with everything they ate. Delicious!
