It’s unfortunate that I had to give this place a two star because their food is actually pretty decent as a consumer however, upon showing up at this restaurant as a delivery driver, there is a great deal of discrimination shown toward other nationalities and I think management has to figure out a better way to conduct themselves so that they’re not being disrespectful considering deliveries are large portion of their orders.

I was introduced to Palazzo's a few months ago by close friends who have been frequenting Palazzo's for years. Although I live 32 miles from this location, i don't hesitate to drive that distance to meet my friends for regular lunches there. Last week I was surprised to find out I have other friends who enjoy Palazzo's, who showed up the same day I was there. The service is very friendly and accommodating, but the 5 star rating I give is most especially for the delicious menu selections. Im always anxious to visit the Briar Grove location of Palazzo's. I love Palazzo's, and I'm sure you will also share my 5 star rating. Try it! You'll not just like it, you'll love it! ❣️

Love love love my local Italian spot. The food is always good and the service even better! You know when a place has such a great ambience that the guests start chatting amongst themselves? This is that. Plus it’s tucked away so that it retains a very intimate personal feel. It’s my go-to spot for solo dinner. Really cozy.
