She is such a sweet lady. The food is delicious and a very good price for the amount of food you get. Tastes just like the Philippines. Only open Mondays and Tuesdays.

I'm not fond of giving negative views but this is an exception. I don't suggest eating at this restaurant the owner is a one shop army meaning owner cooks, clean, deliveries and temporarily lives at this establishment. This shop mostly does pick-up and delivery, don't eat the 3 dish and whatever you see on the side buffet. Nothing is fresh including the rice, my cousin and I got sick the next day. Whatever the owner gives freely don't except it the Budbud taste good but it has a restroom after effect, and not from your mouth the other exit.I should have paid attention to the red flags in walking into this place, I thought it was me but the entrance mat has never been cleaned, you'll notice when you start sticking to it. When you walk in the trash bin is on the left side, look at the floor it's filthy. I don't even know if the guy in the back does anything he sits there and tinkers. When walking to the restroom in the back you are sandwiched between the wall and an open clothing shelf. It's unavoidable you can clearly see the person's belongings from sweaters to underwear. The owner is nice but I don't know how this restaurant can be open for this long, the Food & Health Inspection would definitely close this place as soon as they walk in. For all the people that praise this place I don't think they've ever physically ate there. Eat at your own risk.

Awesome place for Philippine food.

A true hole in the wall Filipino cafeteria and bakery located in a rundown strip center. Plenty of pot holed parking spaces were available. The neighborhood was scratchy even in day time. My wife was so scared she wouldn't allow me to go inside. Instead she wanted me to back the car in and leave the car running for a quick get away if needed. The front door was kept locked at all time and the doorbell was broken. My wife had to call the owner to let her in. We went mainly to buy suman, a sweet rice desert for my mother in law, my Mom, and my youngest daughter. We also picked up fried sweet plantains and Filipino beef stew to try. Everyone declared the suman was the best in the greater Houston area and the beef stew was ok only. We were not impressed with sweet plantain, not sweet enough. The price of the sweet rice was the cheapest around town. The price of the beef stew was a little high, but acceptable. We will return to try other sweet deserts.

I came here and fell in love with this place the owner is so sweet and the lumpia is out of this world. The pansit is also very good, I can't wait to come back and get more from this amazing person

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say their customer service is always good and they keep the spot neat constantly. Rates are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.
