Tried their thousand layer cake for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! The design was beautifully done and the flavor did not disappoint. Everyone loved it so much that we’ll be ordering a larger size next time since guests were asking for seconds. Highly recommend this place!

Appreciated that they were able to make a cake 24 hours design maybe not like I wanted but o well but the bread maan it was bad. Super dry and seemed old I felt no flavor at all.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Asked for a cake of one flavor and they delivered one TOO different!! The poorly made and poorly cut design seemed to be done with rubbish!!🤢🤢, they did not add or make the details that were requested!! It was for a surprise and they were disappointed😠😩

The first cake they delivered to me was good. But with the second cake, they gave me one that I didn't order because they made a mistake, today I come to pick up another one and it's not ready, and they made it with the wrong flavor... in conclusion, terrible service, some cakes are good but they make a lot of mistakes and they want me to one pays in full, for a service that is not what one has requested.!

First off the cake was 125.00 for absolutely no reason at all!!Second cake was suppose to be ready at noon. Didn't get cake til 10 mins b4 2pm.And last but not least....cake was NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AT ALL!!Also the lack of English speaking people is beyond me i would have to wait hoursss before i could speak to someone

Customer service is zero professionalism. They take the other with an attitude. The lady taking the order is super rude and has to go back and forward to ask all the questions because the baker can't come out for a few minutes. I stood my ground and all upset one of the baker's came out annoyed. I still went ahead and made my order. They didn't even ask what time I had to pick it up. Today which is my event I called to see if my order was ready and was told yes. They called me back seconds later and said that my order wasn't ready and that it will be ready in 30 minutes to an hour. I told them I would be there at 2:30 since that's an hour later. They said they would call me that the day of the order that's what they said. I told them they never said that or asked. Then they proceed to blame me for not giving them a specific time and that they have a lot of other orders not just mine. Also proceeds to tell me that as a customer is my responsibility to give then the time because they are super busy on Saturdays. I told them they had to better organize themselves and see if they would be able to fulfill all orders. She then proceeded to say that now I'm going to tell them how to run their business and hanged up. I called back and supposedly the manager answered which also proceeded to tell me the obligation of a customer. I told them just like they didn't like me to tell them how to run their business she shouldn't tell me my role as a customer. All through this time she blamed me for them not having my cake ready. This business has zero professionalism and at the end blame the customer. Stay away from this place as you can see there's another review similar to my experience when ordering the cake.

Amazing job ladies and my husband and family loved the cake!!! They couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and tasty the cake was. We will definitely be returning May June and August maybe even for Christmas.
