Starting by saying that I didn't know about this place where I have been living for many years in Houston....a friend spoke to me and invited me this Wednesday that happened 03/13/24 we went to have the cane guarapo, we accompanied it with pizza and my friends with the suckling pig bread, my friend also made a purchase of several things that interested her there, the truth is I was very excited because that's how I am when I'm experiencing something new everything was fine until we decided to leave but I said I'm going to bring some coconut tarts where there were just the 6 that I wanted to take on the tray and the cashier told me in front of everyone not to grab them with my hand, and I told her that I was grabbing the tray not the tartlets because I would take the 6 that were left and she insisted NO It doesn't matter, it is assumed that if that tray is going to be finished, she should remove it and change it and put a clean tray with the new tartlets, well I didn't say anything else, we paid and left, this happened and still on Sunday 03/17/2024 it happened again Well, even at the door, we didn't go in. I wanted to buy the girl the guava ice cream. Well, I had my little dog with me ? Yorkie and she told me you can't come in with the little dog and I told her why not and she told me why not, I told her my dog is emotional support but of course I like to discuss we left, where my dog goes everywhere I go Walmart, Target, Joe'V, to name a few and now also PUCCI COFFE this cashier is the tallest yellow hair the truth is she has no way to deal with customers and You should know more about how America works. You're not in Cuba anymore. I don't particularly go there anymore and I don't recommend it. I'm sorry for the owners, but if they want to see their business progress they shouldn't hire this type of people who don't know how to deal with the public.

I am Cuban and I come from Tampa Florida, I found this place through Google map and I went to buy products that only (BEWARE) only appear fresh in Florida and I talk about all the products that I found in this placeI ordered two SANDWICHES, one with suckling pig and the other Cuban, the bread with suckling pig was the typical Mexican carnita, it was not roast suckling pig and the bread was the bolillo, it was not made with Cuban bread, it seems that to get the order they use any product, the onion without dressing and in general the other bread tasted like nothing, I don't even know what it tasted likeVery high prices, good service from the girl who helped me today February/04/2024I don't particularly recommend anything from here.
