Well, in this business La Chona Bakery I suffered discrimination. Well, I came to want to buy bread and a burrito and the person who was there, and then other people also came to buy, and this blonde woman told us that she painted her hair, that they no longer had Nothing, everything was over. And I realized that it wasn't like that, because I'm waiting for the bus or truck here in front of the Chona Bakery and there are a lot of people coming out with bags of bread and there are a lot of cars in the parking lot. Well, I don't know why this woman acted like this. I do not recommend this bakery.

I stopped by this panadería for the first time on 3/8/24, small and not much selection but we liked the pan de dulce I picked. The bolillos were ok but not the best. The lady at the register was friendly.

Cakes, tres leches, taste ok not impressed and the worst thing is 90% of the cake is whip and cream, to much and very expensive compare to other bakeries.

This place was good at first, but after many times of going it just keeps getting worse. The owner is rude and unkind. The bread is always stale and hard, one time i went with my mother and we always check if the conchas are soft by LIGHTLY pressing on the bread, you can tell if its soft or HARD AND STALE. the owner saw us and got upset stating the bread was still good, but sir aint nobody want stale bread. He kept looking at us dirty after that and we don't go back anymore. The prices are crazy and unbelievable. they charge you more for just paying card and you pay less if you pay with cash. But who honestly carries cash now and days (i do sometimes, but thats not the point). i just went today because it was the only close panaderia and i got 20 mini conchas and 2 kolaches, and my total was $24. that price is honestly so ridiculous, if the conchas were mini they shouldn’t even have been that much, plus the 2 kolaches. its wild, and they dont even give you an itemized receipt, i would’ve like to know how much each item was. but that wasn’t the case. and my bread was stale only the kolaches were good. I might keep going just for the convenience of it being less than 5 minutes away from me, but only if its dire. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Not sure what happened but the bread in this bakery is hard, taste is bland. The Barbacoa tho is amazing on the weekends but definitely skip the bread for now. (Purchased donuts, conchas, empanadas, galletas)

The manager and the staff are very rude they don't provide any prices receipt and they over charge for the bread. I hope other customers can see that they over charge for bread. I will never buy anything from this place. I asked to speak to the manager about the situation and hes the one that did the over charge.
