Asian guy who's manager is rude. He was the cook tonight. I asked for green beans and chicken and was told 5min. 20min later and 6 other dishes that were called out after mine still no green beans. Asked for refund and left.

Literally just watched an older Latina lady walk right out the restroom stall after using it, grab the restroom door handle, and walk back into the kitchen work area. I let one of the Leads know (or so she said she was) right away. They didn't seem shocked or anything! I will never eat here again!
Excellent Customer Service. Gave me fresh, hot food when they were running low. Extremely clean restaurant and great atmosphere. Will be coming again. Food was delicious and fresh.

I don't know what kind of tomfoolery is going on at this location, but when a person orders a teriyaki chicken online there should be at least one sauce in the bag! I tried to introduce someone to the deliciousness that is the Panda Express teriyaki chicken and whoever bagged her food FUMBLED!!! No one wants dry chicken! The sauce is essential I'm not even mad - just disappointed! ...sooooo disappointed! I expected better from you, Panda Express... I expected better!
