Went by and made a a purchase to go.. got home and when I opened my plate, I was so dissapointed at the very small proportions of entree they added to the plate. Lots of rice almost no meat or chicken. Find another place to eat, this place is quick to charge but very cheap when it comes to serving food.

For some dumb reason they close half an hour early, I tried to grab some food at 9:03 PM and they were already cleaning up and the door was locked

I placed a pickup order, online and paid for. Go to pick up at the register (food in sight), ignored by staff as other people just walked in and get attended to first. That's just rude 😒.

It should not take 30 minutes to order fast food. Plus how long it takes to check out. Could turn into 40 minutes in a fast food restaurant. Staff accordingly. And staff with people who are organized and polite. Seems to be a real lack of leadership at this store.

Can to the lobby at 9:30 and they didn’t have any food ready plus had a horrible attitude.
They call themselves Panda Express but it's only Panda because they don't have anything express, they were missing many dishes to choose from since they didn't have them, they were cooking them at a time of high demand and the attitude of the servant was very rude...the manager there should be worried more for keeping the dishes in order and without much waiting and for them to stop talking about everything except food.

So we ordered 2 plates, one looks good but the other plate my goodness if you are running low on chow mein don’t give the customer the bottom of the tray, the chow mein we got is nothing but onions with cut up pieces of chow mein.

Love Panda. Always get the pepper chicken or teriyaki. Sometimes, you have to wait, as they prepare new batches. Portions have also gotten smaller.
