This location needs new management. The employee who assisted me at the front doesn’t not know what he’s doing and doesn’t know how to provide customer service. The portion seemed smaller than other locations I have been to and the greens were very hard practically raw. I won’t return to this location anymore.

This specific Panda Express sucks so bad. I ordered a bowl of lo mein noodles with chicken teriyaki and a small soda. They didn’t have the chicken ready and asked if I’m ok with waiting. I say yes and I pay first and wait for the food to be ready. Once ready, they gave me a bowl of RICE and BURNT teriyaki chicken and even forgot my drink! I had to go back to ask for it. The food portion is incredibly tiny compared to other Panda Express locations. Genuinely terrible service and food. The place was extremely messy too. There was food and a fork on the ground and the tables were dirty.

Got delivery last Sunday. Orange chicken with Spicy shrimp and beef. They used Beijing beef which is incorrect! Several hours later I got extremely sick and saw Dr. I had horrible food poisoning. Don't eat Panda Express. Disgusting!!!

Katy was the best. I had a not so good day with my order on 9/12/2025 I spoke to Ms. Katy who made sure she corrected the issue. Made sure my food was hot, fresh and cook to perfection.

Bad experience with the portion size and pricing at Panda. I ordered a medium box of shrimp but received a small one, even though the price was high. There is no indication on the box about the portion size, only on the receipt. I also noticed that the portion served on a plate in the restaurant is larger and comes with extras. Here, they sell the same small portions labeled as small, medium, or large, which feels like a scam. I recommend not buying the shrimp on its own or through the app, as it is not worth the price.
This panda express location is super tidy and full of energy. The food is super fresh and despite how fast it is, the chefs and cashiers are patient to make sure your meal is all set. Some locations are lackluster, but this one is not!

While coming to eat a cook decided to clean the lamps or over equipment at a very busy hour and shoes walking over the grill and dish washing place I believe in a professional cooking line that can be seen by those making orders is completely unacceptable. A small work ladder can be used there is no need to walk over the grill and cooking cleaning stations with your shoes. He did his job. But walked over everything. I hope this gets addressed promptly and better training is implemented.
Also area. We're the cook walked was not cleaned or sanitized. After. He was stepping over multiple cooking/cleaning equipment.
