The employees are cool, if any problem arises managers seem to fix it pretty quick or atleast know how to deal with it. The food taste amazing, but it seems to be a hit or miss depending on kitchen staff sometimes they're over cooked. But still a pretty good place to get food for the price, speed and amount youre getting comparable to other fast food places

This place is terrible. Good luck getting your correct order because they tend to run out of food. I placed an app order and didn't receive the beef and they substituted chow mein with rice. They never answer the phone. I can't go there anymore

Come here often, but today was exceptional— Elma really stepped up and convinced me to download the Panda app and it saved me a few bucks! She was super kind, very patient and apparently recognizes me as a regular even tho I’m not that regular, lol. Anyways, my interaction with her definitely solidified this place as my go to location. Thanks Elma for making me feel seen, appreciated, and welcomed & thanks for helping me to finally start to collect rewards

does Panda Express usually isn't bad but going through the drive-thru was a bad experience. when we got home I opened up the soda that I have ordered to find bugs in the drink. I tried calling the number multiple times and couldn't get a hold of anyone. this is horrible service and absolutely horrific. who knows what else is hiding in the food or drinks there.

The customer service here was really nice and made the experience pleasant from the start. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to head inside and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait at all. I was in and out in about two minutes. The staff was quick, polite, and got my order right without any issues. They also gave a good portion of food, which made it feel worth the price. Everything was hot, fresh, and packed well. Going inside was definitely the better choice and made for a fast, smooth visit.
They closed 30 minutes before the store even is supposed to close

Old food. I pay extra for the honey shrimp, only for it to be old and soggy. Eggrolls are old and not crispy and ragoons have uncooked dough. For only being open 2 hours I’d expect fresh food. Quality is absolute garbage. And not worth spending 40$ on. This location has a problem with throwing out old food. Instead they make money off it and don’t give their customers the quality they are paying for. Not to mention no one answers the phone when I call the store to confront this. It’s a joke, I don’t want to waste money here ever again. These employees need a new training course to remind how long the food is fresh for. Instead of making us pay our hard earned money on old food, because they don’t want to throw it out or are too lazy to make fresh. Absolutely ridiculous

My family and I have gone here periodically for the last two years every couple months. The service is always good, the staff is always friendly, the food is fresh, good quality and not over sauced or over done. There are plenty of options no matter what you seek and best of all: they serve Coca Cola products!
