The customer service here was really nice and made the experience pleasant from the start. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to head inside and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait at all. I was in and out in about two minutes. The staff was quick, polite, and got my order right without any issues. They also gave a good portion of food, which made it feel worth the price. Everything was hot, fresh, and packed well. Going inside was definitely the better choice and made for a fast, smooth visit.

Old food. I pay extra for the honey shrimp, only for it to be old and soggy. Eggrolls are old and not crispy and ragoons have uncooked dough. For only being open 2 hours I’d expect fresh food. Quality is absolute garbage. And not worth spending 40$ on. This location has a problem with throwing out old food. Instead they make money off it and don’t give their customers the quality they are paying for. Not to mention no one answers the phone when I call the store to confront this. It’s a joke, I don’t want to waste money here ever again. These employees need a new training course to remind how long the food is fresh for. Instead of making us pay our hard earned money on old food, because they don’t want to throw it out or are too lazy to make fresh. Absolutely ridiculous

My family and I have gone here periodically for the last two years every couple months. The service is always good, the staff is always friendly, the food is fresh, good quality and not over sauced or over done. There are plenty of options no matter what you seek and best of all: they serve Coca Cola products!

A girl named Nathalie, totally ignores us, she needs to know if Panda has customer service courses!!! And what are my points in the application for? If you are not going to make them valid, these are lies? Have I never had a girl like that in this Panda, because of the color of her skin? Panda Express now lets its employees do this? I was never rude and she did not want to resolve the doubts, she just left that area and ignored us,

I ordered online to get my food delivered. I ordered a bigger plate and they FORGOT two of the protein options! Not only that, they put steamed rice instead of chow mein! The noodles and rice were burnt! Very disappointed, this Panda Express is one of the worst I've had.

The wait time it’s incredible crazy, I got there, & no one was helping me, the manager is an incompetent that doesn’t know how to deal with the employees. All of them literally ignored me. They were helping other people except me.
