The employees are cool, if any problem arises managers seem to fix it pretty quick or atleast know how to deal with it. The food taste amazing, but it seems to be a hit or miss depending on kitchen staff sometimes they're over cooked. But still a pretty good place to get food for the price, speed and amount youre getting comparable to other fast food places
Come here often, but today was exceptional— Elma really stepped up and convinced me to download the Panda app and it saved me a few bucks! She was super kind, very patient and apparently recognizes me as a regular even tho I’m not that regular, lol. Anyways, my interaction with her definitely solidified this place as my go to location. Thanks Elma for making me feel seen, appreciated, and welcomed & thanks for helping me to finally start to collect rewards
The customer service here was really nice and made the experience pleasant from the start. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to head inside and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait at all. I was in and out in about two minutes. The staff was quick, polite, and got my order right without any issues. They also gave a good portion of food, which made it feel worth the price. Everything was hot, fresh, and packed well.
