I went there today and had an encounter with Sandra. The drive thru and inside was super busy but she kept a smile on her face and greeted me so warmly. Her customer service is the reason why I would most definitely come back to this location. Thank you Sandra. It's people like you who make people like me spend money at a fast food chain.

The panda express on eldridge and 1960 these become more organized. They don't take your order in the drive through to after the person in front of you gets their food and drives off.

After Several Years Eating At Panda Express We Encountered A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Food Hasn’t Been The Greatest Here, Often Dried Out, Small Portions and Very UNFRIENDLY WORKERs. I Stop In At The Eldridge Location Because It’s More Convenient Near My Home. Manager Was Notified Over A Year Ago About His Employees Unfriendliness With Customers & Negative Attitudes. Just left there, me and my son are enjoying our favorites orange chicken for him and Beijing beef for me. I just wanted to say I pulled up less than 10 mins before close, the gentleman working the window was awesome! He was nice, great attitude, and had me out of there in the blink of an eye. In this time where service is just not what it used to be, he treated me with respect and quick service despite it being late. Didn’t catch his name, though I wish I would have. Thank you!

I found a Bristle from a cleaning brush in my lo mein. When I approached the manager she stated it was indeed a Bristle and told the cook to be more careful and smiled at me. I ask for a refund and she hesitated, however credited me back. I found later that she voided the refund, and I had to contact my Bank for a credit. I would never dine at another Panda after that experience.
Highly disappointed in this online order, hardly any chow mein its all onions and veg. Don’t order here if its online

The food is getting worse at this location, which is either overcooked or undercooked. The rice had hard chunks undercooked, and their orange chicken was overcooked. The flavor is no longer there. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. To pay so much for this kind of service is crazy to me! I won't be coming back to any Panda Express.

I sometimes get takeout from here when I just want to relax and enjoy a good book. I order food, pay, and go home and relax by the pool and eat my Panda Express and read my latest book from The Housemaid series .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANDA!! Their food is so bad and gave me bad diarrhea. As if that was not bad enough, the workers are sooo RUDE and classless. It is not worth it. I just wish someone can open another Panda on Eldridge or Westheimer. This people need to go out of business
