I went there today and had an encounter with Sandra. The drive thru and inside was super busy but she kept a smile on her face and greeted me so warmly. Her customer service is the reason why I would most definitely come back to this location. Thank you Sandra. It's people like you who make people like me spend money at a fast food chain.
Great customer service.... No no not great but amazing.... We were waiting for our food, and she offered us 2 small cups to drink something.... Thank you ma'am.... You really got us by surprise.... Just left there, me and my son are enjoying our favorites orange chicken for him and Beijing beef for me. I just wanted to say I pulled up less than 10 mins before close, the gentleman working the window was awesome! He was nice, great attitude, and had me out of there in the blink of an eye. In this time where service is just not what it used to be, he treated me with respect and quick service despite it being late. Didn’t catch his name, though I wish I would have. Thank you!
