I got the bowl with teriyaki chicken only to get 6 small pieces asked fora side of teriyaki chicken they gave me orange chicken. I tried to explain to them that I wanted a side of teriyaki chicken but she started to act like I was saying I didn’t want it.

Order a 3 beef platter or wtv and they only gave me 2, ordered 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 white rice and i got fried rice instead. Absolute scam and waste of money

Pretty consistent place in flavor and portions, I come here every week because the service is quick and they're fair with their portions sizes, they took a little longer than usual recently but the staff was very accommodating

I told the lady on how with the scooper the broccoli filled up the scoop before even getting to the bottom and I'm left with only broccoli ALWAYS all the time. They say they change the recipe belit it dont because the meat is in the bottom and one broccoli is as big as the scooper. Unleashed the meat and broccoli is separated or im there to supervise it im never getting a fair share of 🥦 and meat. Im not asking for extra meat just a fair share. Worst of all it's SHAMEFULLY EMBARRASSING to ask to get a replacement serving of something different. Like why i got 5 pieces of beef meat and knowing how thinly slices they are it ALWAYS Looks like someone already finished and lefted broccoli.
My momma came here today and was discriminated against because of being black I'm sure. No one from what she told me treated her right and everyone was acting like they could not understand English and made her feel worthless almost. Even the Manager on schedule today around 1 pm a woman. Acted as if she couldn't speak English either nor truly understand her English and the staff gave my mother very small portions compared to the other Non -African American customers before and after. Which everyone was Mexican and or Spanish speaking. It hurts me to say this because we love all people. On the business side for Panda express money has no color and with today's climate l hope Coperate takes this seriously. Everyone is supposed to be treated as human beings. So sad the Manager and staff from today around lunch time needs a corrective action. These are some of the quiet things that barely gets talked about microaggessions and undertones. My family member did not want me to write this review but l said no l will write it. Corporate please pay attention they are giving your Company a bad name. STOP the hate please.

We arrived at 9:30 and we decided to wait for our orders and we got them at around 10. We didn't mind waiting and the service was very quick! The employees were kind, patient, and kept the environment clean and neat. Their positive vibes were also a bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Order mobile because I know how it gets around this time I put double chow mein my stickers say double my recipe says double and I got half chow mein and fried rice usually I wouldn’t mind but the rice is flavorless yet taste like they got the bottom of the bowl burnt taste
