Ordered family meal online. It was ready on time but no soy sauce or sweet and sour packets were included. They did remember the teriyaki sauce. I placed another order while I was there. Including myself, 6 people had to wait for 5-7 minutes for the noodles. There was some confusion about my order but thank God the young woman expediting the orders noticed it and corrected the issue. It's easy to miss something when lots of orders are backed up.
phenomenal phenomenal customer service and efficiency! Rob the manager was working with his staff to bring down orders while still making sure everyone felt welcomed and catered too! I’m from Florida state of hospitality and I haven’t seen management skills like that in years! this man should be training all locations! and my food made super fresh!!!!
Nice location and the food was good! The guy who helped fix my food had excellent customer service but some of the girls working by the cash register did not! How after I paid for my food, you just left it the bag hanging on the rack, and walked away without giving it to me. And had a slight attitude like I, the customer, was an annoyance? Like sweetie, I work in the industry too. If you didn't wanna be helpful and do your job just say that sis.
