How does this restaurant chain stay in business. This is the most awful food . This is an insult to Chinese food. Do people not have taste anymore. Horrible, horrible so called food.

The cashier tonight was so nice and helpful. Kept be updated on my order status and always had a smile. Every customer before me seemed to leave with a smile and very satisfied. She was awesome!

I ordered thru door dash and their delivery was great, however the food was awful. I've been to Panda several times and love it but today's order was not good. Everything was off. Beef and broccoli was not cooked like usually. The rice and greens were dry and undercooked. The worst of all was the orange chicken. It was soooo spicy. There were so many peppers in it, I couldn't eat it. I usually add chili sauce but didn't need to this time. Don't know if the cook was cooking for their own spice tolerance. It did not have the orange chicken flavor either. I've never had a bad experience from here so I'm hoping this is a one time occurrence.

The manager Natalia is very rude and very quick with her customers. She rung me up for beef and broccoli when I asked for orange chicken. I checked my order before leaving and realized it was wrong. I told her I asked for orange not beef and broccoli she slammed the beef and broccoli in the garbage. And made the right order she also didnt ring me for the crab Rangoon I asked for. Once I realized that I told that I asked for crab Rangoon and she said no you didn't. You didn't ask for that. I said ma'am I can pay for it with my card in my hand. She said we'll you didn't ask for it.
She's argumentative and not pleasant at all. These restaurants winder why they don't have a flood of customers. It's because your staff is terrible. Do better PANDA EXPRESS. THIS MANAGER IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR BRAND. THATS WHY THIS STORE HAS A 3.5 RATING NOW.
They have the freshest food. Their food is sooooo good and fresh! I love really green vegetables that are bright and crispy.

Maria Anchondo deserves a raise! she always uses correct portions, has amazing manners, bright smile, great customer service. I've gone here for 2 years and she's always there to serve me. I'm a regular and the place always looks great, friendly staff, and good accommodations. Food is great as always. Shout out to María!

After a 45 minute wait a red haired manager just ignored our concerns amd i jad to wait another 15 minutes for my meal. She was unapolagetic and rude but i guess thats how they train their staff. Honestly this was one of my favorite places but i think its going down hill. The staff used to be friendly and helpful. The food was good and ready to serve. Now, its just a place for uber or other delivery services to p/u and go. I hope the owners and management read this and can fix this location before it goes bad. I dont recommend this place till they make some repairs!

Ordered a plate with half fried rice, half chow mein and 2 entrees. The order was repeated to me correctly but incorrect on the screen. I corrected the order at the window and the girl at the window confirmed it. The order i received was completely not what I ordered. The problem seems to be that the person taking the order was doing so with a headset on while serving customers in the restaurant so there was obvious confusion.

At this location, my food was hot and fresh. I had the two entrées which were Beijing beef and orange chicken along with the chow mein. It was very delicious. The drive through staff was OK could be a bit friendlier. There wasn’t a long line at the time that I went which was around 8:30 my experience I would say was still good. Would definitely return to this location.
