One day the fried rice was horrible, I trashed it.
Another day, I asked them for extra fork, they charged me $0.60! Insane, I was a regular customer.

Bryant at Panda Express gave me and my friends one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and never felt rushed. His positive attitude and warm personality made the whole visit feel welcoming, and you could tell he truly cared about giving everyone a great experience. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate about their job, and Bryant’s effort definitely stood out.

They out here rationing portions like it's the great depression. I'm sorry but a half a scoop of orange chicken when you were already out of 3 other things. Not to mention they never have grilled teriyaki chicken available. Ever.
How disrespectful im paying $9 for a great depression ration of orange chicken and white rice. Didn't even fill the bowl up.
No other panda express is like this.
The line wasn't even long.

Very Rude, and giving side eye looks.
Don't even be kind they are so impatient with the customers, don't even know to treat them with kindness. Worst panda express ever.

Probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Soggy and poor quality food. Lack of a variety of veggies. No appropriately sized bags for orders. No cups offered for water.

This Panda Express location is located in the George Bush International Airport in Houston. I was transitioning through the airport on a shot layover and there were very few dining options available due to the pandemic. I did not have much time and very few food options, so I decided to try this Panda Express location. The food and service was very good. They did a good job keeping everyone socially distanced and the food was served hot. as well as the food was very flavorful. If you are transitioning through George Bush International Airport in Houston, I recommend this restaurant.
The Houston airport has many dining options, but Panda is one of the more affordable options. A one item entree and side starts at $7.40, and there are two larger sizes also with the largest being three entrees and a side for $9.90. They had about ten entrees to choose from, and the portion size was about right. Of the ones that we tried, the Kung Pao chicken was the best, but we liked the large pieces of meat in the Teriyaki chicken.
