Allow me to begin by stating that I am an African American individual who arrived during my lunch break to place an order. I expressed my preference to avoid the remaining portion of the chow mein, which primarily consisted of cabbage. I inquired with Alma if she could provide me with a larger portion of noodles, considering it was the last of the batch. She responded, rather sternly, that she was unable to separate the noodles and suggested waiting for a fresh batch. When the chow mein was ready, she then informed me that I would need to wait an additional eight to ten minutes for the teriyaki and that if the chow mein ran out, the wait would be even longer. During my lunch break, I waited for thirty minutes to receive what was supposedly fresh food, only to discover that my honey walnut shrimp was cold. This experience has been, by far, the most disappointing lunch run I have ever had for my group. Still she didn't offer an apology a drink or even seemed concerned.

Out of most of the items and it was 5 pm weird
The chicken wasn't cooked we still can see blood on it 🤮 and workers give us ( family ) all small portion maybe this specific location was bad on westlayn and Richmond

I have been ordering online and usually get the beef and broccoli which is always just broccoli with small broken up pieces of beef of any. I’ve tried ordering the string beans and chicken n it’s always all veggies. I’ve ordered diff things n they usually put rice under it then all veggies n no type of meat. I help giving them the benefit of a doubt but they never prove me wrong

After 35 mins of standing and waiting for the rice to cook and for the cashier to stop talking to be cashed out only to be told they wouldn’t accept my cash since it was ripped. No one had gloves, cooks were touching food with bare hand after wiring sweat from their forhead, already was a risk for me to try to eat there but since yall like to waste time I would love to see how the health department handles these complaints!
Will definitely be calling the health department, do not come here it is disgusting.
