They ran out of sirloin steak when I got to counter, so I told the worker I'd wait for the next batch. She said it'd be 7 minutes. About 5 minutes go by while I stand near the line. She asks what I'm waiting for and I reminded her it was the sirloin steak. She said "You should have said something. No one is cooking anything." Needless to say I walked out.

I had a birthday party planned and the restaurant I had in mind fell thru last minute. I called the Panda on Silber and I-10 and Jack the manager stepped in and saved the day. They had my large order ready on-time and they even went the extra mile to make sure we had napkins, utensils, asked if I needed help carrying my things. I’ve been to many Pandas in the area and never had a whole work team been as friendly and helpful as this one. Even though it’s not the closest panda to where I live this one will be my regular Panda stop going forward. 10/10 for service.
