Workers too busy joking around about cooking “brains and eyeballs” to have fresh food out. Also got 5 minutes down the road with my to go out to eat on the drive and there’s zero utensils with the order. I’d gladly go in and grab my own but when it’s typically provided you don’t think you have to

This Panda Express has become one of my go-to spots because of how well they treat me each time I visit. The staff always remembers me, greets me with a smile, and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The service is unmatched and the food quality is consistently excellent. I truly appreciate this

It wasn't my first time in that location also the food was perfect .the staff were actually good I got sesem with noodles 🍜 😋 10 out of 10 thank you guys 😊. My bill was 11 dollars

2 times in a roe that i ordered here to pick up and they messed up with my order, first time the put something different that i ordered and this time i get 1 from the two things that i ordered in my plate so i get less food for what i paid, this is really wrong!!

My go to meal is usually 2 veggies and one protein. Newly vegan, I ordered 2 items, including my favorite super greens. While enjoying my meal and eating quickly, I recalled an Instagram post about little bugs on broccoli and decided to do a quick inspection…and there it was, a little black (cooked and intact) bug! I then checked the Kale and noticed tiny holes in the leaves and very dry/black cut stems. I’m particular about my protein options and this type of ‘protein’ was alarming and not on my list. But I’m sure I probably partook of one of them on my first broccoli. I took pictures and notified the company, so we’ll see. I’d like to get my money back, especially since I couldn’t finish my meal. Hopefully I won’t get sick 🤢. Check your food.

Yes the regular girl at register is never happy. Like pulling teeth trying to pay!
First, the girl working the line looks like she would rather be anywhere but there. Second, the sides (e.g., fried rice, chow mein, etc) get one small scoop for the entire order, we would have been better off ordering two halves! Last but not least, the mushroom chicken was near the bottom and she did not bother to refill, just scrape off the container and gave us whatever was left. p.s. the location on Westheimer has better service and bigger portions for panda cravings.

I regularly order online here but decided to go in store yesterday. For starter, Jack greeted me and took care of a massive order before me. He remained patient and got us through the line fast. Melanie was fantastic in assisting me at cash and was super personable. She was kind and considerate and made checking out super easy.

Amazing service and friendly employees
The food here is consistently good, but the service can be hit or miss, depending on the day. Wait times also vary—sometimes it's quick, and other times it takes a bit longer. One thing to note is that they now charge $1 for water cups, so at that point, you might as well just get a soft drink. It’s still a decent spot, but a little more consistency would make the experience even better.
