The food here is consistently good, but the service can be hit or miss, depending on the day. Wait times also vary—sometimes it's quick, and other times it takes a bit longer. One thing to note is that they now charge $1 for water cups, so at that point, you might as well just get a soft drink. It’s still a decent spot, but a little more consistency would make the experience even better.
Zacary and Valentin provided exceptional customer service. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. I'm not only a customer, but also a service provider to the location. All the people here are always very friendly and it's always a pleasant experience. ☮️🫂🫶👍💯
I had a birthday party planned and the restaurant I had in mind fell thru last minute. I called the Panda on Silber and I-10 and Jack the manager stepped in and saved the day. They had my large order ready on-time and they even went the extra mile to make sure we had napkins, utensils, asked if I needed help carrying my things. I’ve been to many Pandas in the area and never had a whole work team been as friendly and helpful as this one. Even though it’s not the closest panda...
