So I’m just eating my food and notice a piece of hair in it. At first I thought it was mine but I realized I took my wig off 😆. My bf said the service was cool they were just busy. I don’t appreciate having hair in my food tho. I was at home and the place is 15 mins away so I didn’t have the time to turn around but I’d appreciate someone getting back to me for some kind of solution.

There was no greeting. Liz at the counter didn’t acknowledge me until she got me mixed up with another black lady. She took 7 minutes to say anything. Took 4 people ahead of me walking in for an online order. Horrible service.

The best fast food ever!!! This location was very clean and the staff made fresh sesame shrimp and beef 😋 because we ordered multiple servings. The veggies were steamed to perfection! We will definitely come back.

Fatima is GREAT. She knows what she is doing and is super quick. Liz and Kinlys have potential but they were kind of slow. The beverage station was in disarray unfortunately, but this is still my GO TO location overallm
This place always makes me regret coming to this location. Simple requests that are granted at other locations are denied at this one because they insist to not giving the customer what they ask for. Last time I ever go to this one. I’ll drive the extra 5 min to the more customer oriented one down the street

I can't comment on the food or atmosphere. Because I stood in a very long line. For a long time, only for the crew to announce that we had to pay in cash only. I also knew that it was a technical issue. I can't fault the workers for that. So I will go back to try another go at the Panda Express experience.
