Cedd and Dreka exemplify award winning customer service. I’ve been to many Panda Expresses and this location is by far the best one, clean, quick and efficient and kind. Plus it’s the only location on the South side of Houston that has the new chili 🌶️ crispy chicken (my new favorite dish)!
It's not the store that ruins atmosphere it's the people there.. I'll go out of my way to go to location on other side of town from now on. Everyone there has like 5 or 6 kids each screaming their head off being wild.
I feel for the employees that work here. They are either understaffed or undertrained because there’s days in which they have long lines going out of the door due to waiting on food. I do not mind waiting, but the people around me sure did. They had 1 person cooking all the entrees and I could tell he was having a hard time with the load of work. The front counter workers were trying their best to balance mobile orders and walk in customers. They were all doing a great job!!...
