The past couple of times I have ordered sandwiches, it has been a major disappointment, so I will stick to the soups, salads and bakery from now on. This last visit I ordered a ciabatta sandwich and it was smaller than my napkin. They should use smaller plates so it isn't so obvious how small it is. Taste wasn't there either. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. It is a quiet place to sit and enjoy a meal- just don't get a sandwich.
They do pretty good here with the food but the service, especially at the rapid pickup, is terrible. They will make you sit and wait even after your order is ready. Consistently have to wait 15 min or more after my “ready time” to actually get my food.
A few years ago I witnessed a man have an aggressive episode at this Panera location.
Today, during my visit at the same Panera location, I better understand why the man chose aggression as his way of dealing with the rather incompetent system and staff.
Thankfully, my family and I did not choose aggression while dealing with the various issues with our order.
