At this establishment, I have consistently enjoyed my dining experiences without any issues. However, I recently encountered a disappointing experience with my curbside order. Despite the extended wait time, which exceeded the estimated delivery time, I approached the masked female employee to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, she responded with an attitude, which was unacceptable. While I appreciate the establishment’s overall quality, it is imperative that the employee addresses her customer service demeanor to ensure a more positive dining experience for all patrons.

Crazy. They called my name for the order but it wasn’t ready. So I’m looking on the receipt telling them what I’m missing. In a nice way. I will never come back and I didn’t get my free cooking for signing up. They act like it was my fault. Don’t call a person unless they order ready and don’t get flip at me cause I’m telling you what I’m missing

Everything was excellent except that the seat was broken. But all in all excellent.

Omg!!!! So freaking good. The avocado toast is the bomb, plus I got my all-time favorite cinnamon crunch bagel.

I came here to get work done on my laptop! Lots of tables to choose from, the only thing is they don't have a lot of outlets so on busier days you'll have to rely on your laptop battery. I think it's good to sit, study, and do homework all while getting a light snack or drink. The surrounding area doesn't really have too many obvious places to sit and study, so I'm on a hunt. I dined in while working and ordered takeout for my family's dinner. Came in around 3 pm on a Thursday. I ordered up front my drinks and the rest I ordered using the little kiosks where you can tap. Both were good; I prefer the kiosk personally because I take however long to be picky but you won't get served personally that way while I got handed my drink at my table.

Dine in:
- strawberry smoothie - healthy option, they use Greek yogurt so to me it tasted like as expected, a strawberry yogurt drink; I would've tried a caffeinated drink but I went in the afternoon
- 3 coconut macarones - 2 vanilla + 1 chocolate v good sweet dessert that you can treat yourself with
Lowkey it is kind of pricy, but I use it as a way to get myself to work.

Takeout:
I ordered the family meal option where you get 4 half-sandwiches, soup, salad, and a baguette. Overall a good deal for everything included. I can't remember my exact order.

- 2 bacon chicken sandwiches
- chicken avocado melt
- turkey and cheese sandwich
- tomato soup
- Greek salad
- free French baguette

All were great imo. My only complaint is I felt the half-sandwiches were smaller than I'd expect but they would've been a good size if I got the actual full sized sandwich. The last time I ate Panera has been years so I'm sure portion sizes have shrunk since then like with most food places. Regardless I was still full after eating it with the sides. Overall a good place for warm comforting food.

Dirty store. They didnt wanna bring my food to me like normal customer service. Not all items were available. Please sweep and wipe the store. Food was sitting out on the counter.

I highly recommend this Panera Bread, My Favorite of all here in Houston!!! The staff is really Friendly and the service is Excellent. Thank you for always have fresh Coffee 😎👍

I've visited this Panera Bread several times, and the food has always been excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and usually quiet, which I really appreciate. However, during my last visit, one of the staff members who was preparing bagels was also handling payments without changing her gloves. She touched the cash and the counter with the same gloves she was using for food preparation. I'm not giving fewer stars because I don't want to judge the whole place based on just that last experience. But while I enjoyed this place before, I believe the staff should be more careful with food safety practices.

Chicken noodle soup is not good today I’ve had it quite a few times and today it is weird over salted and just really not edible

Didn’t send enough dressing with my wife’s meal

It was 33$ for two people wich is insane for the quality

And my fiancé ordered the green tea

And the lady was cleaning it out during 6pm dinner rush so
Instead of making fresh tea she scooped it out the jug with the cup with her bare hands

That’s not sanitary and just weird I’m sure they’res a better time to work on the machines

Over all very unsatisfied with the quality and this reminded me why I just don’t go here it’s sup par at best with full
Blown restaurant prices

I placed an order for two bacon turkey bravo sandwiches online and did a pick up. My mother also placed an order for a Greek chicken sandwich. When I returned home with our orders both were incorrect. The Greek chicken salad had no chicken and both of my bacon turkey bravo were missing bacon. I had to drive 20 mins to return the order. Once I arrived there was no empathy for there mistake or accountability. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
