We visit here often and enjoy their fresh baked breads and goods! However, the last few times we visited, they seemed to be understaffed, stressed or something. There was something off, they were getting orders wrong, not working together as a team, and it showed. It appeared to be that a manager was overstepping into another team members efforts and causing all kinds of confusion and mistakes. It was difficult to watch. Our order was affected and if we weren't paying attention we would have left without our entire order. Mind you, it was only a dozen bagels and a rub of cream cheese. 🤷 Upper management needs to figure out what's happening here.
This is not a calm place, loud music, bad soup Mexican Corn Chowder, and the counter person actitud, makes this place not a good place to eat. The manager in chat should be more attentive to details and quality of food.
The food we got was good. But they forgot our scones and we paid for them :(

This is my second time coming to this location. I order ahead hoping it will be ready and both times disappointed. The time I spend waiting, I could have just ordered in store. They needed 20 minutes to do a yogurt parfait. And after waiting, it was still not done correctly.

It was my First time eating in this location, and I really enjoyed it. The food was great, the customer service was excellent and we had a nice time there. We will definitely go back again

Do NOT eat at this place. I was diagnosed with Norovirus the next day after eating there and couldn’t stop vomiting and pooping water for a week. Health inspectors need to pay close attention here cause some employees may be sick on the job.
