I walked in and had trouble using the kiosk, but no one offered to help. When I approached the front, no one acknowledged me. A staff member in the back, cutting cheese, made direct eye contact but didn’t say anything—not even a “be right with you.” I had to initiate the interaction just to be acknowledged.

When I placed my order, I wasn’t asked if I wanted my bagel cut or toasted, and I didn’t receive a cup for my drink. When my order was ready, the bagel was missing and I had to ask for it separately.

The employees at the expo counter looked visibly annoyed and disengaged. One was walking around on his phone, and others appeared to be listening to a football game. The store wasn’t busy, yet the overall atmosphere gave the impression that no one really wanted to be there.

The staff seemed unapproachable. When I arrived in the morning, the restroom was completely out of supplies. Additionally, the Diet Coke tasted watered down.

Very disappointing service and coffee,
The hazelnut coffee was cold and probably stale, the person heated it in the microwave and gave me the cup,
Later walked to the coffee drum, where i asked him if this coffee is fresh, and he mentioned no, and he's going to brew it afresh.
I wish I had more time i would fight for my refund, I had to rush out since I had to pick my daughter

Delicious chicken sandwich. At times the wait to order was long but food delivery was fast. It looked as though the cashier was very busy helping in other areas as well She had a pleasant attitude.

WHY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER WHEN YOU NEVER ANSWER IT...

Good place for breakfast if you don't want to eat anything greasy in the morning. There's a lot of options on the menu & the food comes out really fast & the place is pretty clean & tidy. I never had anything at Panera that I didn't like.

I haven't been at this location for 3-ish years. Today I came, ordered my food and sat down. Homeless people were sleeping all over the sitting area. Looking at that I couldn't even eat. So I don't know if the food is still good. Coffee was cold.

Panera bread, the place where customer service went to die.

12:30 Monday October 7th. Small, dark skin woman who is helping customer now is mightily rude to multiple guests.
Good luck with that.
