Hi, we were guest 145 today at the drive-thru we ordered a harvest salad and then ordered a pick two with a sandwich half and a harvest salad half. We only received the sandwich and half salad. But when the young lady at the drive thru read the order back it had everything on there. I’m not understanding how you put that into the system and still messed up the order. And even when we told her the pomegranate hibiscus tea tasted like water she looked at us like okay!? And ?! And said she could get the GM because they pre-make the drink has nothing to do with her. Please teach your people customer service and how to correctly put in the orders and make sure that the order is correct on the screen and in the bag before handing it to the customer..

Disaster catering order. I ordered pastries for an afternoon meeting, including 3 dozen variety cookies and mini scones. I called once at 8am to confirm my order and once at 10am to see if I could reduce it because we'd had some cancellations. I was told the order had already been packaged and couldn't be altered, which is understandable. What's not understandable is that several items in my order were not available and I was not told when I called, nor asked what substitutions I would like. Instead of 3 types of cookies, I was sent 36 chocolate chip cookies. Instead of mini scones, I was sent chopped up regular scones in a bag, so they were crumbled up. Also, for a catering order, I'd expect them to be presented in a box, not a bag. I tried to salvage what I could and put them in a box, but couldn't use the majority of them.

The restaurant floor and tables where not clean. I did not fina clean table and the table I sat at I had to clean. The floor was so sticky any where I stepped.

Came in yesterday for a pick up, and that skinny Russian kid is pretty rude, he must think he's in the streets with his homies but acting tough and disrespectful with customers is no Bueno, hire people who can interact professionally with customers, and as always the tables and floors are riddled with crumbs and dirt, DEEP CLEAN THIS ESTABLISHMENT ASAP!, just disgusting

I purchased breakfast foe our office here about every month. At first it was great, but has steadily declined. This last time, our items seemed just thrown together and not packaged in boxes the way it was fine before. Disappointing since I spend $150+ each time. Also avacado toast use to be delicious, but last visit it barely had any avacado at all, and what was there was covered in brown spots.

So yesterday you guys finally decided to clean the windows..outside to be exact, while the inside dining room stays filthy, leave a crumb on a table Monday night you are guaranteed to see it Tuesday morning, honestly you guys including managers sit in that kitchen with your motor mouths running while paying customers have to bus their own tables. What the heck is that! I only go there for coffee but every time it's filthy. I thought cleanliness came with an establishment but I guess here it's optional. Managers, take pride in your positions, or just quit! And this is going to the day shift Managers. Leave your disgusting traits at home and clean up!!!

Went thru drive thru, guy who was taking our order didn't sound too friendly.
When we received our order, we noticed one of our salads was wrong. They forgot to put chicken in one of our salads, when I called, they took forever to answer the line and went I finally got through, the manager let us know we weren't charged, which was good to know.
But no sorry for getting your order wrong or anything from him. He wasn't too friendly either.
Not coming here, service here sucks.
Not to mention, they charge so much for a simple cesar salad, the way they make it, overpriced where I can make a much better one at home.
