They use mayo in my sandwiches today… not [Garlic aioli] Caprese was made wrong, very disappointed because I hold off on going to Panera because of prices and bad service. Now I see it’s still the same. Please stop profiling people.

I am writing to share feedback about my recent experience. I ordered a sandwich, and unfortunately, the bread was not fresh and the sandwich lacked salad and taste — it felt like eating just dry bread. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, her response was simply “OK,” with no apology or effort to address the issue.

I expected better product quality and customer service. I hope you will look into improving both the food standards and the way customer concerns are handled. Thank you.

My friend and I ordered soup and sandwiches. The person taking care of our order seemed to not believe that we didn't want our sandwiches toasted and we had to discuss it with them at length. The soup was room temperature when it came out. It came with the worst soup spoon. The spoon was just a really shallow circle. Everything else was pretty standard.

Great experience today here at Panera Bread. Thankful this location is so well ran and the quality of the food is was A1.
