My visit was refreshing and peaceful. Customer service, I've received has been top Notch. Thank You for offering us the space and the time without discrimination, That we are running from. I could pick a lot of things to start lowering Stars.I could nitpick all the way down, but you know what?Being a good neighbor and not being perfect is exactly what people need to be inspired by. Thank you. Never mind. No matter how kind you approach people when they have service dogs and even in the community, I don't care we need to be protected, and they not be able to harass us and tell us what to do with our animals just because they don't like it, I hate this world.I hate this world.I can't find a kind thing to say about being harassed about my service dogs

I ordered lunch for my office and had issues with a third party delivery driver, (long story) I was so frustrated and upset. I called Panera, and Chelsea was able to provide amazing customer service, not only did she understand my frustrations, she apologized for the issue (even though she/panera weren't the problem), and was just genuine in her interaction with me. I really appreciated her and even the GM hopped on the phone, he let me know it would get taken care of. Very very good customer service here

We stopped in on a trip through Houston. Parking lot was very clean to walk our dog. Every single employee was smiling, friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free cookie! Food was so fresh, cooked to our customizations and delicious!

Ordering and payment was easy through the tablet when you walk in. I placed my order for to-go and the whole process was very disorganized. No one was calling out order names and my food sat on the counter for a while before I asked and they checked the bag was mine. I will not be returning to this location until they can get the to-go process sorted out.

The food is good. The wait for your food through the drive-through is horrendous. The staff member will say that it’s coming right up and then you’ll wait there for 30 minutes. I wish the service was faster. I don’t know why it’s so slow.

Add about 20 minutes to any pickup order. They’ll Mark is as finished and complete, but that’s a lie. Just trying to hit their metrics with horrible service
