Every time I go to this Panera Bread, they close 15 minutes early. This has happened to me three times now. It would be really helpful if they could update their closing time on Google to the real time they close. This way, it won’t mess up anyone’s plans.

Wow! Wow! Wow! The staff at this location is amazing! They are attentive and accommodating. I came in needing to order 12 meals as a catering order I previously had canceled at the last minute. Toby was super kind, compassionate, understand and accommodating! He showed up and showed out with his stellar customer service. He made sure that I got what I needed and that I was completely satisfied. I’ve not seen customer service like this in so long! From the seeet lady holding the register down, to the gentlemen making sure people had their food and the prep cooks who beautifully made our sandwiches (which were amazing quality and very beat by the way) were phenomenal! I’ve told everyone at my building who I saw today to make sure to order from THIS Panera bread! Thank you once again Toby and team!

Overall disgusting. They get one star because you can’t give less. I had to hunt down a cashier after waiting 4 minutes at 8:30am, you’re a freaking coffee place, be at the register. I got the wrong sandwich the first time and opened it to find out. I touched the food because I had to open the sandwich to make sure it was made right. I could tell nobody was paying attention to what they were doing back there and didn’t trust them one bit. I handed it back to them telling them it wasn’t mine. They literally wrapped it back up and handed it out to the next customer, who it was supposed to go to. Both me and that customer who they handed it to, watched them!!! They didn’t care to hide it. Enjoy my finger seasoning dude! The team manager was clueless, they all seemed more interested in chatting up their personal lives. There is a Starbucks one block up. Go there, they have standards. Panera tried to be competitive but they don’t know what it takes.
The Drive-thru is always a not so pleasant experience. First time I thought maybe the girl was not having the best day, so give it another try. Second time and (different) girl taking the orders clearly didn’t want to be bothered, I had to say hello to finally be acknowledged and it was OBVIOUS by her tone that doing her job was too much to ask. None of these other fast food places in this area have this issue, so this will be my last time. The food isn’t even worth the price or experience.

Shoutout to the staff on 2/2/24! They work hard to keep this location very clean and tidy. Most locations i've been to are sticky and smell funny. The staff here are very polite and take initiative with customer service.

Good taste and temperature. Food was fresh. I ordered half a bbq smokehouse chicken sandwich with side of tomato soup. Both were flavorful and nice texture mixture. What wasn't good is there are many displaced and homeless folks that are in establishment, smells are awful. I'm not sure that anyone could tolerate eating in the establishment. I received a free chocolate chip muffin. It was okay but not very moist; sorta dry.Parking: Can get busy in area but have never seen it where there was no available parking.
