Disgusting restaurant & food poisoning 5/17/25. I should have known I was going to get sick by eating here. Needs a lot of deep cleaning & sanitation. Unacceptable & dirty on a slow Monday & restaurant just opened.
Bad service, I make the purchase and then they tell me that they don't have what I want and that they can't refund me the full amount. Very bad service from the girl who attended me.

March 6 2025 5pm ,this Place is dirty and disorganized , some employees don pay attention to customers, they are unprofessional . I ordered on the touch pad ,nobody prepared my order ,i had to wait and remaind them i was waiting .

I have visited the store 3 times in 2 weeks. I went in for a loaf of sourdough bread. All 3 times they had no bread to sell in the middle of the afternoon (4:00) was the last visit. This last time an employee was ringing up my order and the manager said he could not sell the last loaf because he needed it for sandwiches.

The employees that helped me were great !!! That said. The mens bathroom is stinky. it's a good think the urinal has a drain below it because the floor was covered in urine... eww... the drink station looks like it hasnt been cleaned or restocked in a while. So I went to talk the manager but she was talking to another manager using a lot of profanity... I didn't think they would be responsive to my request for assistance so I left and won't be back.

I came in on 1/19/25 to order some lunch to go. It took about 45 minutes for me to get my food. I wanted hazelnut coffee but they were all out. The iced coffee was all out. There were no lids to the coffee cups. None of these were replaced the entire time I was waiting. This location seems severely understaffed

This place needs a refresh. Overall, the food wasn't bad, just a place to get a sandwich. The fruit cups was just cantaloupe and honeydew. There are better places to eat in area.
The guy in the gray polo is not very good at communicating he seemed lost - he said the register was broken and wasn’t able to tell me what lemonade they still had. The guy in the dreads was able to help me and make my experience much much better, he was able to get me my drinks! I still got the wrong order but I’m not mad I got lots of extra food 😅 btw the register was fine.

Missing parts of order. Selling chicken salad for $19 and not real chicken but some sort of lousy processed meat. Awful No proper utensils. Just fork. No salt or spoon.

Honestly don’t even bother with this location. You’re almost guaranteed to either have items missing from your order or a 30 minute ticket time if you order when it’s even the slightest bit busy. Missing the bread for our soups this time and last time it was almost 40 minutes after I ordered that they had it ready.
