We are always happy here. It’s cold temperature wise. But the food any food is always good.

I made a catering order today that needed to be rushed, the catering coordinator was incredibly helpful and polite with the request and finished the order during the requested time. Everyone's customized order was QA'd and correct, I very much appreciate the entire experience!

Not only was it the highest quality food and delicious coffee... the welcoming staff makes you want to get comfortable with that book you've been putting off. A definite recommendation to make you feel valued as a customer and neighbor

Every time we go it’s hit or miss. We see staff but no one really helps customers placing orders. Many of the employees were just helping themselves to coffee instead of helping customers. But overall our food is usually always good. I really only eat the same thing when I go and never really had any problems with our food. I come from over 15 years in the food service industry and I do not like seeing things done wrong. Plus management should really tell employees that smoke that just standing out the back door with the door open doesn’t really help. At that point you should just smoke inside the restaurant. And I bet he didn’t wash his hands before going back in to work. Just nasty!

Management is not very knowledgeable about their product. She was too busy trying to boss everyone around and didn't listen to what we ordered. When we were billed we had an up charge of a bagel added to our meal . When asked she said that the sandwich is served on a croissant and we asked for a bagel. Looked up at the menu and the sandwich doesn't even mention what kind of bread is served.

When things go wrong they should try to make it right.

I went to order for my mother, who’s waiting for my dad to be brought home today for hospice care. I told the cashier, Daniel, that it’s who I was ordering for. She wanted the chicken salad sandwich, which we didn’t know was no longer on the menu. No big deal, she said tuna works. I asked for it on a croissant, which again apparently isn’t available anymore. No big deal, we’ll switch to wheat. Since she’s not here with me, I’m having to contact her with each change. Apparently wheat bread isn’t even available… it’s a bagel and has an upcharge (neither of which Daniel told me about). When I saw on the order overview that it’s a bagel, I asked my mom if she was ok with white bread and said to Daniel not to finalize the order yet because k may have one last modification. He didn’t listen, and when she ā€œchangedā€ to white bread, he acted like it was a problem and he was doing me a big favor by telling the person making it to swap the bread. While I was waiting for the order, I saw on the receipt that there was an $0.80 charge for the bread that we didn’t use, so I went back and asked him to adjust the receipt. He said ā€œonce the order is placed, you can’t just change it.ā€ I reminded him that I didn’t- I told him while ordering that I was waiting to confirm with my mom before finalizing the order. He shook his head at me, implying I didn’t say that. I asked ā€œare you saying I didn’t say that? I even had the phone open showing you I was waiting and apologized for taking extra time.ā€ He again said I didn’t, so I dropped it and left. It wasn’t worth arguing over a dollar, but considering everything else that lead up to it, it was just appalling how Daniel treated the situation. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten Panera, but this interaction just solidified that I won’t be returning.

They are catfishing people with their Caesar salad + chicken noodle soup. Pictured is the actual menu item, and what I was served.
The worlds most depressed looking salad, and the most embarrassingly hilariously sorry excuse for chicken noodle soup.
I couldn’t believe it. I pulled out all the noodles I could find and got a grand total of three…1/2 noodle bits šŸ˜‚ Not even a whole noodle. The rest was water and tiny gross chicken bits.
$26 for the whole order. Panera has lost me as a customer.

They make the products look so attractive and they are not at all like in the photos, very expensive products, the coffee is more water than coffee. $25 for a coffee and bread with chocolate that was old, so I don't recommend it.

Kid-friendliness: It is not a place for children at all.
