There are never enough workers here. Every time I come—and I’m here 3–4 times a week—there’s always a wait. I constantly see customers getting frustrated and leaving the line because there aren’t enough employees to help or give proper attention.

The supervisor covering the shift on 08/31 at 7 PM was extremely incompetent. I genuinely feel sorry for the rest of the team. I hope she receives proper training in order to provide better customer service.

This is my favorite place going on about 3 years, now. I seldom interact with an unpleasant staff member that just wanted a temporary job. They always seem to hire really great people here that try really hard to get things done, even when they are very busy. I totally love the coffee and atmosphere and mostly eat breakfast here. This location totally out - ranked the I-10 and 290 locations. The Manager, Linda, is really very nice!

Me and my Dad arrived at this location to place an order for a spicy fiesta chicken sandwich (whole), strawberry banana smoothie, and parfait. A few minutes pass, we get the food and some darkskinned girl with braids checks the bag making it seem like we had everything but we didn’t. They forgot my parfait. We knocked a few minutes after closing and the darkskin girl with attitude said “parfait? We don’t have any more.” Then the girl with glasses who took my order said “oh she ordered that.” Then the darkskin goes to check and come to find out they actually do have parfaits left. She handed it to us and as we were walking out, she mumbled something underneath her breath. That girl was so unprofessional. She needs to worry about finding a new hairstyle with them old braids instead of being rude to customers. I also didn’t like the parfait it was very disgusting and didn’t look like it was mixed well enough, but at least the rest of my food was good . I just wouldn’t recommend this location 🚮.

We ordered the whole Ciabatta Cheese Steak and after a few bites notice there is barely any meat in the sandwich. This will be our last time here at this location. Customer deserve to get what they order, not plain bread and little cheese on it.

Honestly the place was very dirty, tables, floor and restroom 🚻, The table we sat at was dirty, and it was one of the least dirty tables. The waiter cleaned the table with his hands, only throwing the crumbs on the floor and leaving the rest like that. Honestly, I was very uncomfortable eating in a place like that.

Since all of Panera breads on my side of town recently shut down, I've traveled to find another Panera bread and I found this Panera bread on Highway six and 529. Amazing service clean restaurant great employees the Management at this location is doing a great job Thank you guys for being open and working hard to make a great Panera bread experience
Bro the guy who took our order looked like he was mad he was working. The store place is dirty. Drink area sticky floor. Tables are left uncleared after people leave. Yeah this location has significantly dropped in quality. Didn’t wanna even eat the food but had already paid
