I've been a customer at multiple Panera for many years. In general... The food and drinks have always been delicious and The coffee is horrible, but cheap with their subscription plan. With Panera's menu prices, they should provide better quality coffee. I would also like to see the self-serve Hazelnut flavored coffee retired, and replaced with something else (hazelnut was popular 20 years ago).
The cashiers at this location are responsive and helpful but seem biased towards different customers.
My biggest issue is that the place is generally dirty... restrooms are often neglected for days, and the carpet is a disaster. Why even have carpet?
There's plenty of seating in the off peak times. The wifi is good, and there are many power outlets for charging devices.
In conclusion, it's a good place to eat, connect, and visit with friends.

This location has gone down. The booth seats are ripped, the carpet disgusting, the ceiling tiles stained. I don’t think I’m gonna ever come back again to this location. It needs a major remodeling and cleaning. Customer service very bad as well.

horrible customer service kicked me and my friends out because adults came in and found no spots so they decided to kick me and my teen friends out for spots for them even though we payed for stuff there. manager takes photos of people who make a mess.

It's well located. Service is fast, I've been in that branch about two times during the day, always clean and neat. Not Spanish, at least the days when I went there. But everybody is really nice and kind. I love Panera bread and their cookies. Not cheap, but it worths the price.

I am still upset about the removal of Cobblestone, pecan braid, and the ham & cheese on counry, it has been 2 years since I have been in the store. They do not have permission to do that.

The service and food were phenomenal. I got a service member to clean out a booth for my family of four to sit and eat. There was only one down side…an overcrowded dining room area of kids that came in from a nearby religious establishment. They were rude and bringing food from outside not allowing actual customers to dine in and eat. This happened on Sunday August 11th around noon.
Management please help with this reoccurring situation.

I guess they don’t service black people . I walk in was not greeted . There seemed to be two managers and one clerk and neither of them said anything to me. I waited like 3/4 minutes and left .
