It's really embarrassing. I bought chocolate croissant and noticed that they gave me stale croissant the day before. I asked for a change and they gave it back to me after heating it in the microwave. I was going to surprise my colleagues but I was embarrassed. 😔😔😔
That is mean they don’t have any croissant daily fresh

It was not good. Coffee is always cold. Only one person is doing everything. Wait times are up to 15 mins. It is not how it used to be 10 years ago. Would not recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brocoli cheese soup!! The sandwich was good, but I wish there were more choices of meat for sandwiches. (Like: 2 kinds on 1 sandwich 😊)

I’ve been to this location several times as it’s the one closest to my house. Today I came in to pick up my food that I had ordered online(10 minutes late). The food was gone. I told them I would return for my food as I had to pick up some medicine from across the street. I came back and the food was gone. A homeless person had my food outside. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the ā€œmanagerā€ Gabriel started telling his employee that he was going to pay for the food (my food). Since it was the 3rd time my food was going to be made. Like I told Gabriel you do not disrespect or treat your employees like this. They are human beings and deserve respect. I hope nothing happens to the employee and I know he was feeling bad and apologized to me but sir you do not have to apologize for anything. God sees you and you deserve so much more! Don’t let anyone hold you back.

I haven’t been here in a while and decided to give it a chance. The food was good and the smoothie was delicious. The service was not good at all. The cashier acted like she didn’t know where she was and what to do.

If this location plans to stay open it really needs some updating. Kitchen needs to put more effort into the preparation the food they are serving. All staff seemed miserable. Owner of this location needs to step it up!

I had stopped coming to this location for a while only because it’s out of my way but I recently started coming back and was shocked when the GENERAL MANAGER took my order at the register which I paid cash for and began to complete my order touching my food items with no gloves. In the middle of making my order touching the register ringing up another customer and going back gloveless to toss my bagels in the bag. And I literally mean toss. We live in uncertain times and I would think sanitation when dealing with food is key.

Disgusting. Ate there today and couldn’t believe how bad the place had deteriorated. There was food all over the floor and tables. The walls have food splattered on them. The ceiling tiles are stained yellow. For some reason, I still placed an order. I’m dumb, I guess. I ordered a drink and got an Agave Lemonade from the machine. After a few sips, I noticed a dead fly in it. I approached the manager to let her know. She didn’t apologize or offer a refund. She just said ā€œI’ll have her empty out the machineā€. I don’t know who Her was, but Her never emptied the machine in the 45 minutes I was there. This manager has been there a while and has always had a flippant attitude towards customers and the quality of the restaurant. The place isn’t cheap. $17 for lunch. Do better.

I hate that I can only order online if I want to pay with my gift card that I added to the Panera app because I can't remember the pin number. I wanted to eat in, but I got the food packed in a disposable cup and plastic box. It's very complicated. I also wanted to order ahead because I knew that I couldn't pay at the store in person anyway, but the app doesn't show the dine-in option for the closest Panera for me. In fact, when I was on my way over there, the app never showed me a Panera at that location. So until I got there, I still had to order for pickup even if I was at the store and wanted to dine in. The Panera app is very annoying. I don't know what their deal is with the gift cards and pin number, but that doesn't happen at Starbucks, Target, Walmart, and many more stores. The staff did try to accommodate me and transfer everything to ceramic plates, but everything was already packed, so it would have been a waste of polluting disposables.
