ABSOLUTELY Disappointing/Disgusted!. I love Papa Johns and possibly the worst pizza I have ever eaten! I ordered Well Done, got there and they hadnt started yet. I pay, told them take your time, I like it WELL DONE and im in no hurry. It was the most undercooked pizza ive ever eaten. I had to make due to the fact that I grabbed this for a 4pm lunch. Tried to eat and simply couldnt. SAD....

Usually a great location but yesterday google said it was open so I ordered pizza and wings. I checked my email and saw that my order had been cancelled I was nearby so I drive by and it was in fact closed around 8/9pm

Place made my pizza and forgot bread sticks... So while I called in so I didn't have to wait for a pizza o be cooked, I ended up waiting anyways and when breadsticks were finally done pizza was now 20 minutes old... People here think this is ok... If I never come back to this store now you know why

Don't go to Fuqua location yesterday had an app coupon they didn't honor it I asked so called management why he replied I don't know why they do false advertisements he stated papa John's need to evaluate this manager
Food is good, but it’s never delivered on time. They also don’t answer the phone and make it very difficult to know when your food will get delivered as they do not communicate.

Customer oriented here. Ask for Ryan, because shes the best manager that puts out the best product with the best service. If you order on her shifts, quality is gaurenteed. Store is clean. Service is prompt and the pizza quality is unmatched.
