i dont order from papa johns but was for some reason redirected to papa johns when i was trying to review another pizza place.

Ordered online for cash delivery for a 1x sausage pizza. 2 hours later. Had to call to see where delivery guy was. (On his way). Gets here, he says oh had to double back or some stupid excuse. The pie came with a green closed seal on the box so that "it looks fresh". Opened it in front of his eyes before giving money, touched my hand on the pizza. Thin crust, sausage, less than a mile away from my house, 2 hours later, bull crap time delivery, cold. I told him i ain't paying for this, gave him the pizza back, and i walked back inside. Worst pizza place so far. $4.99 delivery charge for what ?? Didn't pay, wouldn't even try to tip, didn't want it, never ordering again from this location. Crappisest place to order a simple pie.

The worst place we've dealt with. Gave y'all multiple times for any improvement and all we received was worse. Tonight was the last straw. We'll never order from this location again!!! Done with all the bad experiences, bad cold food and nothing but disappointments.

Like someone else mentioned, ordered today and they put all the cheese (which there was hardly any) on top of the toppings, pizza was soggy and when you pick up a slice all the toppings fall off, have no idea who told them it was a good idea to make pizza like

Food was really good, great portioning on toppings not to little or too much and good cheese line with no fall off and was cooked to perfection. Service was pretty nice the manager seemed easy to talk to and helpful. Id come back again anytime!

I have been ordering from this place but this year seems like they have been doing a horrible job cooking the pizza, no sauce, cheese or flavor, also the wings are bad. It’s like eating plain dough… when the pizza arrives it’s cold and saggy. I never complaint but I am never going to order from this papa Johns again.
I ordered my pizza one hour ago. I came during the pick up time the app said and it was not ready. One staff was just sitting down eating and the other one in the back was just playing talking with another guy. I was told it would be ready in 15 mins so I went to the car , when I came back I was told in 20mins again. The app said it would be ready at 7:53 and it is 8:21 and I have nothing yet. Disappointed.

Im no longer coming here……I had an issue at the end of last yr, they did give me a replacement order and they put a Dessert coupon on my account, but that coupon was only to be used in store. They told me to call give them my name and that they would be able to pull it up. Again, that was some months ago, so when I called to place my order today, they said I did not have a coupon on my account. Even though I was little disappointed, I let it pass because again it had been 7/8 months since I’ve been. When I went to pick it up the inside, the store was dirty and hot,not sure if the AC was out or not. When I got the food home and looked at the food I was very disappointed. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. The pizza, 1/2 of each pizza didn’t really have a crust the other side did. It wasn’t even rolled out evenly. The bottom was hard even though it wasn’t burnt. The dough tasted old. Part was even burned thin even though 2 slices over it would be thick. The slices were cut inconsistently. Anyway I threw out the pizzas they are not good. But I’m done with the Pappa John’s.

This location is poorly ran. Last time we ordered our pizza was drenched in the garlic sauce that they put in the box where it had busted open. Tonight we ordered again. At around 6 pm. We called the store at 7:30 and were informed that our driver had left with 2 other orders and would arrive soon. At 8 we called again only to be told they would call back. Instead of the person at the store calling, the driver called. He gave us several excuses as to why we hadn't received our order and instructed us to call the store back to cancel the order. So now almost 3 hrs later we are waiting for another pizza place to deliver our dinner. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced.

I placed an order at 8:36pm and was told my order would take 40 minutes. Time is now 10:15pm and I hadn’t received a phone call or my food. Call the store and they say my order was canceled by the manager and they have authorized me a refund. If I wouldn’t have called I wouldn’t have known and all they could say is that I will get my money back in 2-3 days. I’m a highly upset, disappointed and my son is still hungry. However the website says the order was delivered.
