Papa Johns Pizza

I like how they make pizzas at this Papa Johns... they’re not good everywhere but here they are

4 times in the last years I've ordered here. 3 out of the 4 times my order was wrong.

The GM Troy was very nice and has tip of the line customer service. i made an error on my order and he was kind enough to correct it!!! definitely will use this location again

They REALLY need to fix the staff here. I stopped in here earlier tonight to place a to go order & they told me it was “really backed up” and to come back in 5 minutes to place. I come back in and they said give us another 10 minutes. Like what? Sounds to me like these team members you have employed here (there were 5 working that I saw) didn’t want to take my order. Five people and not one of them showed me a single bit of customer service instead just ignored me along with the other 6 people waiting. They never displayed a single bit of communication not one of them. Here is an idea?Have one dedicated team member working the front checking on guests and taking orders etc. This whole staff on the schedule tonight were TERRIBLE. Whoever the management of this franchise is honestly is just as much to blame. What a bad look for such a respected brand. Do better or go work somewhere else. No one is forcing you to work here haha.

water online with a deal. When I got there, they had made the wrong number of pizzas. they charge me for the pizza that I’ve already paid for. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said that the person on our seat didn’t work there anymore. And then when I got home, the order was wrong for the pizzas I did

Called to order pizza at the fm 1960 location at 10am on Sunday. The guy hung up on me ..after confirming my number and taking my order.

Lately, the delivery drivers have been especially top notch!

Definitely know how to add extra of anything upon request when is comes to online orders. That really important to me. My new location from now on. Thankyou!!

Every single time we order from them our order never gets delivered unless we wait 2+ hours. They say they don’t have “delivery drivers”

It's very good and interesting

Ordered a pizza from this location tonight (07/02/2025), and put in a $0 tip through the site because I had cash. Well, the driver showed up, looking pissed off. Didn’t say a word, just handed me my pizza and walked off before I could even hand him the tip. Not a hi, hello, nothing. I was not willing to chase him down just to hand him some cash though, so he never got a tip. The pizza was good though.

I ordered thde family special and. One pizza being the works and I papa sized it ! Welp only got sausage and pepperoni and a half done doughy pizza. I called the store to try and rectify the situation but received unlimited ring with no answer. Not to mention went I got to the store had to wait and none was in the store. Very unprofessional!!
