I ordered two pizzas from your store on 11/25/24 at 9:30 PM when my pizza was delivered it had a very long hair in it I called to report it and a so-called kid said he was the manager then he said he was delivery driver I personally am a manager at Denny's and we would never be able to leave the store to deliver anything that's the whole point of being a manager that you have people that work underneath you with that being said I asked if I could please get a refund on just one pizza not even the whole order but the pizza that had a hair in it the kid refused to give me his name or even tell me how I can get a refund kept saying I can't get a refund and as far as he's concerned I probably put the hair in there myself so he's not going to refund me I think that's very poor customer service I would not allow any of my employees at my business to be able to say that they probably put the hair in the food they definitely will get fired immediately that's very poor customer service that's not how you conduct a business and I feel like the manager needs to know that whatever kid was on the other side of the phone should probably not have a job working at Papa John's anymore.

What is wrong with this place I paid 20 bucks for a large stuffed crust with pepperoni and jalapeño for that price I would have expected this thing loaded more with it that much money for this little nope never buying pizza from here I rather buy lil ceasers

You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. They never bring the extra sauces when I pay for them and when I call, I get hung up on or left on hold forever. The pizza is too expensive for poor service.

I ordered 45 large pizza's with different toppings for my residents. They got the order perfect and on time. I was very impressed with the whole process. We will definitely order for our events again!!

I sent my son's to get my pizza. They had help two ppl before they walked in . But yet when they go in nobody acknowledge them for atleast 5 minutes.

This Papa Johns is a terrible place to work for as a driver. The manager will cuss at you and force you to work way beyond your shift or will refuse to pay your daily wages. $8 an hour is not worth the hassle of being victimized by the management here. The DM Stephen encourages and supports this kind of behavior.
