This location, in my opinion, used to suck real bad and I mean bad-bad. In the last year or two however, I've noticed it has turned around for the better and that's awesome cause pizza is the best, you know it's true. Actually well made pizza is good royalty, so good job Papa of the John's!P.S. if you want the best pizza the locations got to offer order around 8pm and in the notes or special instructions say the following: "Yo, Derek Miller says to ask for the Ferminator to show my pizza love. Please bless me with delicious pizza made with true care and love so as to ascend to pizza Valhalla and eat large zas with Elvis Pizzley in the sky for ever."60 percent of the time, that code phrase works every time. This location was horrible, I paid for delivery and had to leave my house and pick up the correct pizza I ordered. When the driver Tyrone delivered my pizza he was too busy on the phone to hold the pizza up right and make sure the sauces was in the box. Never going here again!!

This was the best experience I have had with Papa Johns! A young lady (I wish I could remember her name) called to apologize for my order running late (and it really wasn't! ).. And the delivery driver, Melissa was very sweet. Thank them both for my family's Christmas Eve dinner :) I am a fan of this

Order from a different place. 30-45 minutes turns into 1 hour 20 minutes more often than not. They use to be pretty good. Not sure if it's new management or they're just that short handed. The last time decided to do carry out so I wouldn't have to wait an hour and half and get a Luke warm pizza, but had to wait for them to make the pizza we ordered. I get it, mistakes happen but every time isn't good. All the hassle and waiting double normal time for delivery and waiting in the parking lot for them to make the correct pizza ,,, just not worth it. Didn't even get offered a free soda for their mess ups. I will never order from this location again.

I would give this location a zero, but this time, it is my fault for continuing to give them chances. However, this will be the last one. I have ordered from this location many times thru out the years, but my last orders have been on a very steep downhill. Today was my last straw as I had ordered a works pizza with Xtra pepperoni, yet there was not even 1 pepperoni on the entire pizza. I called in and ordered another, but when I received it, again, it was missing ingredients. The chicken bites seemed trampled and with no chicken. All I can say is do not go to this place. I hope it gets purchased by someone who cares soon.

I dont regularly order online but today was a mistake I’ve had pizza from a different location of papa Johns and it was good and left a really good impression on me but not this one this location of papa John is the worst it was an abomination to look at even a frozen 3 dollar pizza from HEB cooked from a blind child could have looked better especially for spending $62 i should have stuck to a different pizza place or order somewhere else the only good thing about this delivery was the guy who dropped it off he was friendly

Check your pizza before you leave!!! Paid almost $25 for one fricken PEPPERONI STUFFED crust pizza and no pepperoni! Not one in the crust! Box even said it was supposed to be pepperoni stuffed but nope. I guess good workers just don’t exist anymore!

Not the guy answering the phone with a attitude working on June 25th evening shift being rude telling me to be mindful when I order online because they been at work working hard all day and ready to go (his exact words) lol the order was already placed and we just wanted to pay over the phone not pay cash I been stop eating at this location but gave it another try and of course the ghetto wins again I cannot deal with rude customer service and his behavior goes unforgiving hanging up in my face 2x if you do not like your job sir then quit duhh want me to be respectful and mindful when ordering but you gave the complete opposite some ppl do not need to work in the food industry with such nasty attitudes and poor customer service 0 stars if I could he gave attitude as soon as he answered like I pray he didn’t treat anyone else like this today because the way I feel after our conversation is unacceptable and if he treated anyone else like this I am very sorry you had to deal with such negativity and aggressive behavior
