I came to this location for an after service order right before they were closing. I made a mistake on the order and forgot to make the change, so when I picked up the pizza I asked if you could be remade. There was only one lady working there and not only did she take her time to remake my order with care, she worked all the other orders and even tried to finish orders that were coming in last minute right before closing. What made me want to write this review is that people are not always recognized for the hard work that they do and the sacrifices that they make even if it's a job and I'm so mad I didn't get this lady's name but she did not have to be so kind. I hope that she is recognized and to add that pizza was so fresh it was a great way to start off the year!

Absolutely horrendous experience with this location. Placed an order at 3 PM for 5 PM delivery. Realized there was an issue with the order and tried to call the store. Literally called 50 times over 1 hour and they didn't answer. This is horrible service and unacceptable. I will most likely never order from this company again.

This is crazy 6 bucks for delivery fee plus I got to tip driver .. the kicker is they use door dash for delivery. Company pocket $6 because you want it delivered.. the pizza isn't that good..

My pizza is thrown everywhere in the box. Toppings falling all off my pizza. It’s unacceptable and my family can’t eat the pizza like this. Like somebody just shook all the boxes of pizza up and came and delivered them to me.

I asked for extra meat and they gave me none. It had excessive amounts of jalapenos tho. I couldn't stomach the single piece I ate. The health department needs to see this store. whatever they're doing, or not, it's on camera. The picture is of the only piece of meat the whole pizza had. You couldn't pay me to go back.

The pizza I received was disgustingly raw, and they failed to fulfill my order correctly the first time. When I had them remake it, the replacement pizza was just as bad, if not worse, than the original. To add insult to injury, they didn't even bother to cut the pizza. I informed the manager that I would never return, to which he callously replied, "Fine with me." Frankly, I'm bewildered as to how this establishment has managed to maintain a 2.8 review rating.
