Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered from uber eats there was a bird feather baked into the pizza!!!! Plus they forgot all of my sauces, crushed red peppers and jalapeno. I called up there to tell them about the bird feather and the manager didn’t care. We escalated it with Uber eats they did refund the full amount after an hour on the phone with them. We also did call CORPORATE and we are calling the health department. Here are multiple pictures. Plus we have a video. I state for the third time a bird feather!!!!!

Rude shift manager. You order a large pizza and ask for parm packets he throws 2 at ya then you say hey 2 for 8 slices is crazy he threw 1 more. Definitely not returning jus rude and doesn't deserve service job.

Very friendly manager and staff. I've ordered a couple of pizzas just about every Friday for the past year and never a problem with my order... always correct and prepared well. :)

They came right out to her car and brought us our pizza it was excellent service and the pizza was great no problems at all

I don’t think I’ll be given this location or this company a 3rd chance. The Shaq pizza I ordered basically tasted as if it was left out in the warmer all day until someone ordered it. Also ordered boneless wings Hot lemon pepper. There was like a splash of sauce but they were less coated with sauce than anything. See, the thing is. I SHOULD GET WHAT I PAID FOR! 41$ for some dry pizza and plain boneless wings. The only thing good that was amazing was the root beer. I hope someone contacts me because I’m really about to dispute that charge. This is ridiculous! Edit: the driver deserves way better! Thank you sir for going above and beyond for some crappy pizza from “BIG PAPA” edit edit the positive reviews are the workers… (former papa employee from 2010)

Food; ordered banana pepper with half Canadian bacon …the banana peppers looked to be all with stems or thick chunks and clearly on the label and order it asked to be square cut and it’s not !
Service ; well the food speaks for the service
Atmosphere; employee outside meeting with what appeared to be friends …walked back in side and didn’t wash his hands . A huge no no in food industry !
Traveling so I know I won’t be back ! Really wish I would’ve just gotten checkers … or Whataburger or anything else .

I put my order in online, I got a call about 5 mins later saying they do not deliver to my area, I ask the lady why all of sudden did you stop. She was very dry and kept saying we don't deliver to your area. I explain to her we order every week and have never had a problem. I ask can we meet the driver outside. She told me that she will call the manager and ask if this was okay and call me back. We waited 47 mins before I called her back. A man answer the phone I explain to him that we were waiting on a phone call back from a lady about our delivery. He let on she was a manager. We waited a couple mins and the phone hung up. I called back again. She pick up, said supposedly she talk to the manager and he said no to us meeting the driver and they don't deliver to our area. I then ask her were you not going to call me back to let me know like you told me you would, a long pause and she stumble her words out that I beat her to the punch 47 mins later. Honestly I don't think she even called anyone and she just didn't want to do her job tonight. This was very horrible and unprofessional people service and the owner should check his/her employees!

Good Papa John's. Fast service and the food was great

This was the cleanest most friendliest papa John’s I’ve ever been too and that’s says ALOT with it being on 1960! Coming to this location from now on ,Mr.tim I think his name was  great guy thanks !

Came in at 8:40 pm still waiting on my pizza that they forgot about I think it might be too much work for this store

disgusted. walked in around 9:30pm to pick up my door dash order bc my door dasher was having issues with them starting my first order and then restarting my order. three of the sloppiest looking people working behind the counter and let's not forget to mention the toddler they had in pajamas, playing with boxes on a food prep station.

Every time I order a pizza, I always get satisfied when they make it.
And when I eat it it's always great👌🏻
