I placed an order through postmates but they put the wrong sauce on my pizza, when I called to ask if I can come to the store and have them remake it they rude lady on the phone (I guess the manager) told me that even if they messed up they are not responsible for an orders on their party apps; I need to go through the app… even though they messed up the order and I could just come down there to have her remake it. She then proceeded to get nasty with me and I just hung up then. I know people like her can only work at papa John’s because of their limited education and/or criminal backgrounds but good customer service should not be that hard to provide. Please do better

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The employee pulled a gun on me and my daughter. We was at SUBWAY next door!!!!! I was being harassed about parking in front of their store..Mind you they don’t have assigned parking over there .They was smoking weed in the parking lot the night time manager let them hang out in front of the store. She was mad over a parking spot that doesn’t belong to them she was in full Karen mode instead of being inside of her store making pizzas.. I will be in touch with my lawyer and I’ve press full charges. Don’t go here it’s not worth the outside drama..

I have ordered from here multiple times and every time my order is messed up. Even when getting a remake its still messed up. They dont put enough sauce on the pizza and you can tell they hate their jobs. Specifically the night crew it seems because in the day time the pizza seems to be of better quality. The manager seems nice but the way this place is run when shes not there needs to change.

Worst service. They made me wait 30 minutes for a pizza and after I finally approached the counter ( I had been standing, waiting) the kid making the pizzas looked at me and continued doing pizzas for another minute or 2 then walked over to the pizza rack and grabbed my pizza and handed it over. I asked how long it had been sitting there and he said sarcastically said "about thirty minues" I asked for my money back and the manager started cussing at me and said it's for people like me that they have bad numbers. Sad she does not realize it's their awfull service that gives them bad numbers.

I pick up my kids from school they were hungry and ordered pizza at 4:12pm.I have been told over the phone 15 min.I got there 4:37 after 25 min.My wife went inside to pick up she have been told that they have school order.They have to make it first.she have been told it’s their policy if they get school order ,other orders go down and rest of customers have to wait.Then I went inside to ask.when I asked lady in kitchen told me about school order and have to wait 45min.I said why you said 15 min over the phone.instead of appologizing she rudely said I can cancel your order.I had hungry kids siting inside the car. I was wondering why school placed order last min and which school ordered at 4:30pm for pizza last min.Normaly they order timely manner.If they ordered last min they should wait.Why would I wait for some one who is ordering last min big order.this policy should not for me when I drive up to store and order pick up .

We went to pick up the pizza from the store and the workers were outside rolling around horse playing in the dirt. We brought the pizza back. It was a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni. We didn't feel comfortable eating it so we brought it back. They said we couldn't get a refund cause we ordered online. I tried to fill out a form online but couldn't because we gave the pizza back. I will never go to this location again.

He gave me an opportunity. Along with the owner Joel. Mrs Marian is now the current GM. Amazing ? lady, sister & daughter. Got an opportunity to walk alongside Mr Sean from Pearland. An assistant manager. As well as Gary from Sunnyside Houston. As well as a prairie view A & M student.

Terrible service here. Girl with the piercings in her face has a terrible attitude. Legit screamed “I wanna kill myself” while I was waiting for my order. Lol. Watching her throw a fit about working as I’m sitting here waiting on my order. Long wait for food. Bad attitudes from people working here. Whoever’s managing this place should be ashamed of themselves. I honestly wouldn’t trust eating here. Employees don’t seem to care. Can only imagine the amount of effort they put into cleaning and safely storing food ?

I see negative reviews on here, but I always have a good experience with this location. I always do delivery though, so maybe it sucks in person. Food is good and service (delivery) is always good and fast. MUCH better than the Pizza Hut nearby.
Inflation has caused prices to go up everywhere, but I think Papa Johns is still reasonable for what you get. There is nothing like a Papa John's pizza. Even HEB pizzas (around $12) don't compare to the flavor/taste.
FYI - If you go in person to this location you will probably have to deal with a bunch of homeless people because they hang out at the intersection near this location.
