Terrible! We showed up to do a DoorDash delivery and they wouldn’t allow me to use the restroom. Sent me to a stinky port-a-potty behind the plaza in the dark that had no TP and smelled terrible of sewage!

My family and I love Papa Johns but this time around it was awful!

The pizza was cold, too much sauce at the crust level, hardly no cheese, bacon was like overloaded in certain parts instead of evenly distributed and it was not even cut correctly.

Delivery is always quick and usually the food is always hot & fresh.

Very disappointing this time around.

Your delivery driver does not need to park in the handicapped zone. Ever. I dont care how big the order is or how far away they have to park.

Great nice people when I went. I'm currently eating yesterday's pizza that's been in the fridge overnight and it still tastes so good!

Our pizzas were raw. Gross. And after spending $70 on 3 basic pizzas we shouldn’t have had to throw them away. Thanks.

Delivery is terrible. They send a bunch of pizzas out with one driver, so good luck if you are on the bottom of the list. Hope you like cold pizza.Even better, when you try to cancel after waiting 30 minutes from the time you receive a notice that your order is out for delivery, they will tell you that it take 3 days for the refund to hit your account. That’s a lie. No refund is coming.Heat up a frozen pizza instead. You will thank me later.

I'm not impressed with this Papa John's, definitely don't recommend. I ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery (and tipped 35%) with a 45 min eta. After about 50 min I got a text that my pizzas were on the way. Pizzas showed up 25 min later, I live less than 8 min away from them. I don't even care about that stuff, what got them the 1 star review was both pizzas being very raw. Raw pizza dough is pretty sick anyways, but maybe a health hazard being undercooked? I'm not sure but I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Sharla the "manager" would not take the phone call after our company placed a large order of pizza to be ready for pickup at 11:45 am for our noon pizza party. The pizza was ordered at 10am and within like 5 minutes an alert was texted that our pizza was ready for pickup? Why and who would order 6+ pizzas for 10am? Why would you all even think letting our pizza sit for what would easily be over 2 hours by the time it's picked up and driven back to the office is ok?! We were told this is store policy by the employees who answered the phone so I would beware about ordering from this location. Order from here if you want to gamble on how long your pizza is left out. Also your "manager" Sharla needs to be fired, demoted, or retrained at a minimum, refusing to speak to anyone at our office over this issue but yelling at the employee speaking to us on the phone about how to respond is cowardly, and avoiding responsibility that her position entails. Feel bad for all the employees under this store and manager but would never recommend this location. Drive a bit further or find a new pizza joint to order from. 0/5 for this locations policies and poor management.
