This is the third time the tracker has said my pizza is ready, but when I arrive, I’m told it’s not. Each time, I’ve had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes after the tracker showed it was ready. Do better!

I had a late night order and a couple of toppings were missing from my pizza (mistakes happen). When I called, the manager was very nice and offered to refund my order immediately. I was so impressed with the service. Also, the quality of the pizza was delicious. Thank you! Will definitely be ordering again.

Well I ordered a pizza just now with different toppings and they missed a few and out very little of each topping I requested. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews here. Order from some place else.

Second time coming here. Placed an order online and the pizza was hot, fresh, and ready to go. It was a really well-crafted pizza, too. Not every day you find a pizza made with care. Excellent.

Normally, Papa John’s is great, but as someone that worked there for 11 years part time while I was a broke teacher, I can tell you that they got yelled at for food cost recently, because my pizza had like 1 1/4 cups of cheese on each large, so it was like extra light cheese and was mostly just toppings and sauce. I even checked my boxes after eating to make sure that I didn’t accidentally put light cheese on my online order, and I definitely didn’t.

Whoever just dropped off a pizza at the Trails at lake houston apartments should be fired. My pizza was dropped off with the jalapeño already eaten??? Not even that you had the audacity to leave the rest in the box. Disgusting. The pizza wasn’t even good. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

So I normally have stayed away from papa johns due to cost. Today I decided let me try it after years of our break up. Just like a toxic relationship, it was not for better. I order the 2025 bundle. Got a pizza with 5 toppings and extra cheese. Bacon cheese sticks and a ny style crust pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. Let's start with the pep. NY would literally spit on this pizza. The crust and pizza tasted like school pizza. Freaking school pizza. Guys I have been out of school for 20+ years and just had ptsd of food fights in a high school cafeteria with the crappy pizzas. Now we move on to the specialty. I ordered extra cheese and 5 toppings. I got 3 toppings of the 5 and instead of extra cheese it looks like they gave me a half cup of cheese. The bacon cheese sticks literally tasted and looked as if the college kid who can't cook put it in the microwave without reading the directions. So honestly I just gave it to the neighborhood strays and ordered from Marcos. Never ever again will I go back to this toxic relationship of a pizza chain who has lost their ways. Frozen pizza would put papa johns to shame at this point!

Service was slow, they were over 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, and from what everyone else was saying some orders were an hour over the time it was supposed to be ready. Then when it was finally ready it was sloppy. I normally go to Marcos Pizza, but decided to give Papa Johns a try again, but won’t make that mistake again.
After an hour waiting they still tell you it’s going to be another hour…

Order was placed at 8:20, tracker said it would be done at 8:32. 8:40, pizza was barely going in oven. Checked back while still at location and someone gave my order to another customer or driver took to deliver. Manager try to rectify issue by contacting driver, which did not make sense to me. I asked him to redo my order and give me a refund, as to which he responded in a very unprofessional tone, “aw naw, I’m not doing that, I gotta make money. You either take a refund or the pizza” I left at 9:10 with no pizza.

I will not be ordering delivery from this location ever again, took forever & received the wrong order. Tried to call prior to the delivery & no one answered the phone.
