Greeted verbally and with a smile by the cashier upon entering. He was very pleasant and immediately offered to assist. My pizza was ready for pickup, and everything was on point at this location.

If you like your pizza prepped with hands that have touched money then cool. But me personally I think that’s disgusting. I’ll never come back here.

Horrible! The manager Julie is rude, incompetent and a liar. She canceled our order without permission and did not remedy the situation at all. She was unprofessional and did not care. Lied about calling us, and leaving a message.Will never order again. 1 star because I could not give a zero. Customer Service is a joke, they will never get my money again. Only want to appear like they are being helpful just to make more money and not follow through on making customers happy.

Would not remedy the situation, did not care that we were waiting way long for our order and she canceled it without permission and did not fix the situation at all just became unprofessional and more rude. Family was still hungry ans upset. Worst dinner plans ever.
