I ordered a pan pizza got a then slice and it just was not good looking I've enjoyed their pizzas in the passed but theu slipped a bit. My son enjoyed it I didn't want any

The pizza and service at the 1960 and Aldine Westfield location is hit or miss. Sometimes, the pizza can be really good. Other times, the pizza sucks.

TJ (the manager?) and Floyd (Delivery driver) did an amazing job helping us get our food in time! We will order again to support this company!

The night time manager will definitely take care of you. older gentleman with the short hair. I had made an order on the app and there was an issue but he definitely went above and beyond to fix it for me. The food was really good I'll definitely be back

I ordered 2 medium hamburger pepperoni had maybe 2 pepperonis on the whole pizza called and told the manager he didn’t do anything to fix it I even offered to send him pictures of the pizza he didn’t want to help his name is James

Never ordering for delivery again from this location. Will also make sure that I check my order right after I go in and pick up. Second time we've ordered from this location. First time, the order was delivered cold and 30 minutes AFTER it was marked delivered. This second and last time I was informed that my order was delivered to someone else. We had them remake the pizza and scheduled it for pick up. We get there to pick it up and they refused to credit me back the delivery fee AND the tip. Told me that they couldn't do anything about it and they I would have to call the store back the following day. We get home and open the box of pizza and, to the avail, they did not put the sauce before the cheese (see attached photo). Papa John's is my favorite of all the bigs in the pizza game but if you live in next to this location, you're better off ordering thru domino's, pizza hut, etc., before making a mistake going thru this

Ordered from here twice and both times our food was over an hour late. They also gave me the wrong sauces.

I really hate to come here and do this but my nerves are so bad! I am 21 weeks pregnant and I WANT what I paid for and ordered. I have called the store 6 times now and have been hung up on every time. I ordered Diet Pepsi and I received a regular. This is RIDICULOUS.... It is not that hard to answer a phone and replace the mistake you made.

Waited two hours for our cold pizza to be delivered. Never again.

Placed my order for delivery. At 7:02pm i received “the driver its on its way text” its not 7:54pm after contacting the store 2 times and my food is STILL not here. Horrible service. If the wait time will be this long, let your customers know before we pay for our orders. I would have not ordered from here if i know my pizza would have taken over an hour to get here. I didn’t pay for cold pizza. On top of all, let me just share that I live 6 mins away from this location.

Terrible service. They mess up the pizza and just talk mess the whole time they have to redo it.
