I haven’t had Papa John’s in about five months since moving to Houston from New York City, and I have to say—this location really impressed me. The pizza was hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty.
I placed my order over the phone, and when I arrived, it was already ready for pickup. The cashier asked for my name, grabbed my order right away, and made checkout quick and easy. She also asked if I wanted Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side, which I appreciated. Another gentleman wearing eyeglasses immediately stepped in to help and made sure everything was included.
They even added extra garlic sauce—one of my favorite dipping sauces at Papa John’s—which was creamy and delicious. The teamwork here really stood out, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
Excellent service, great food, and a hot, well-prepared pizza. I hope Papa John’s takes great care of this wonderful team.

We placed an order on uber eats and they don’t allow for the garlic parmesan to be selected on the app, we didn’t know that it had to be large or bigger. Well the young lady accommodated us free of charge. We appreciate you so much!

The men where very rude my pizza was done I stood there and waited for someone to greet me instead a guy walked in after me and was greeted and given his items so maybe 2 mins went by and I ask “is my pizza not ready” they guy told me “no just a few mins” so a lady walked around said “it’s right here” he then stated “ I thought you had thin crust” mind you he didn’t take my order. His customer was very poor. “Hi maam, how can I help you ?” Could’ve made this experience way better instead of just jumping to conclusions.

The gentleman and lady with the nice red hair that was working around 6 pm today were awesome. My pizza was hot n' ready by the time I got there. The order was correct. The customer service was superb for my experience today. Papa John's should allow to tip when paying with gift cards is my only critique. Thank you again!

I’ll never come here again. Food was meh. Service was horrible. I was picking up and one employee who was just chilling and talking to another employee told me it would be 5-10 min when my order was ready and sitting in the warmer…. That service combined with the quality of the food makes this a no go. They don’t get my money anymore.

This place has gone down hill. It’s The only papa John’s near me. The last few orders have been horrible from the preparation of the food to the quality of it. I called once before for a past order that I had an issue with and was just told “okaaay?” I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We ordered a pizza with anchovies… These people actually went an added anchovies fillets in sunflower oil on the side… I cannot make this up. Minus 5 stars for these troglodytes.
Manager here is very kind and i was watching him train the new girl , big shout out turned what i was preceding as a negative experience he communicated and said they're shorte handed and is training new person and said it was running behind .

Called to checked status of order and immediately after picking up the phone the manager hung up. Called again and asked not to be hung up on and he argued with me that I didn’t respond fast enough… Pizza delivery over time given. Answer was “we busy” Pizza cold and didn’t receive my complete order.

Stay awayyyyy. Cold, soggy, deformed, scary looking. It genuinely looks like someone stepped on our pizza. Just order dominoes instead or go Italy girl. Someone please check on the people working here, they don’t answer the phone I hope they are okay. Need a refund a$ap rocky
