I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered over 20 minutes ago. I called and some dude said “oh it’s still in the oven“. Really? This will be the last time I order from them.

Placed a order at 3:39pm today, said it would be 38 Minutes. Waited 4:55 roles around and my food wasn't delivered. Had to jump through hopes to get the store to answer the phone, the automated machine will disconnect you if you push the number to Check your order, I had to act like I was ordering a pizza to even speak to anyone. The just mentioned the driver had a larger order to deliver, none the less my food would be cold being that he was barley on his way back to pick up my order...I just canceled the order. The people on the phone seemed unconcerned and just plain unmotivated to a customers needs. Hopefully they canceled and refunded me correctly,if not I'll have to jump through phone calls to get that sorted out as well.

We ordered a pizza at 11:20 pm. They said it would arrive at 1230, and store didn't close until 1 so we had time. Then 1230 passed by, the 1240, we called over 10 times. Tried contact phone support and no response and they charged us for the pizza and never even had the decency of letting us know they were not going to make it so we could make other plans.

I tried to use Uber eats/or delivery but the app said they were only doing pick up. The pizza is always great. Just disappointed I have to drive over there myself during 5:30 pm traffic.
Food was great but they need to wear gloves preparing the food.

Omg! Haven’t had pizza from here in years, and I’m so glad I decided to have it tonight! We enjoyed it! Smelled delicious and was so good even the hot lemon pepper bones less wings but maybe a bit more sauce on them but they were amazing!

Placed an order and waited an hour watching the tracker say it was on its way. I finally called and the person couldn’t tell me if it was he or the driver that tried to call me when at my apartment complex but I received no calls from anyone. They canceled my order with no notice after an hour. After he confirmed the driver had the order still because he’s doing other deliveries, I asked could they just re-place the order and the driver deliver the one already made or I pick it up and he said I would just have to go and place a new order. Didn’t offer to place it as if he didn’t even want it, he stated saying how much time I only had because he wanted to close the store. Pathetic store.
